Yes the RPM one is hard, the Speedo is even more difficult!!!! Spoke to someone on my350z.com who suggested I go out with someone get to 60 then jam the needle on!!! - I would not every suggest doing this!!!
Right I will try and do this in the most logical way possible ... Starting in the centre glove box you get the 'ipod looking connector ...
This now the spiral cable disappears down the small 2 inch square cover.... from there is is now chased behind the sub/ or glove box depending on whether you have bose or base (Drivers Side)
The back lead under the two relays is the other end of the ipod like phone connection.
Once removed the cable is like..
White end plug ...
BACK TO THE CAR ... and Back to the black wire ....
In pic two you can see the lead heads north towards the DVD Rom Player to power the sat nav..... and yes this is exactly where it heads ....
Once the DVD player was removed the lead led up to a single block ...
The issue here is that the wire splits just before the block, three wires
Which then goes into a quikclip block
Just to show the location of this wiring block.
And finally the otherside of the block...
After this block the three wires appear to go into the main loom running along the back of the speak mounts (large black wiring surround (approx 1 inch thick)
This is where I stopped - hope it is useful
Just finished watching top gear .... Had me in stitches .. nice factual program I thought
I loved that Charger (i know it was the slowest) but pure V8 muscle car yum yum yum!
Loved it when They got pulled over twice, setting car alarms off with the v8's - very very funny.
Plus that 500 Arbath was strangely nice!!! - linking it to the mk1 golf gti - a bold statement Mr Clarkson....
The public apology from last week was hilarious!
I have the i8510 if you are after a more covential shapped phone with real buttons I couldnt recommend it more. Even has an optical mouse when on the net
Think his wife 'had a headache' last night.
I agree with EKONA, Just get a deceble reader - think u can pick them up for about 20 quid, useful if you want to track the car aswell. Should have asked him what the DB limit is
I run 40's all round on aftermarket 18's - No issues! Surely 5mm is the difference between a properly inflated tyre and underinflated so I would presume Nissan would take this into account, Plus with base models running 17's etc I would imagine there is a fair amount of flexibility!!!
This is my opinion not fact!!!
