  1. Admiral are no longer on comparison sites, according to my other half who did hers last month.
  2. Don't need to pay an accountant, you just need to be able to read tax law and understand it enough to work out where the loopholes are.
  3. Chernobyl is awesome. I want to visit there properly one day, for photographs and stuff.
  4. The fact you knew it was an import and that it would affect the premium, but chose not to disclose this looks about as clear cut as you can get, I'm afraid. Did you only declare the mods you think they want to know, or everything?
  5. I just tried a bit of online. Did a race. Won. Game glitched to crazy. Sorted itself. Got my car pimped. Some knobhead then came out of nowhere and killed me for no reason at all. Great. GTA is filled with tools already. I'll wait until the next CoD is out, then the griefers can f*ck off to that.
  6. Yeah, that's kinda how I expected that to read. Thanks for posting. I really don't have a lot of sympathy with Mallory management over this, as they knew the contract when it was signed. If they hadn't taken the p*ss so much then they might still be there now, but sadly t'was not to be.
  7. I haven't, what does it say?
  8. Their what is making Godzilla?

    De cat??

No. Even if it did, which it won't, it would fail under the new MOT rules that state if a car had a cat from the factory, then it must still have one fitted.
  10. However, and more seriously, whilst I don't doubt that there is a lot (and that's a massive understatement) of clean up works still to do at Fukushima, neither do I believe that it's of immediate concern. I'm basing that on very rough knowledge of the info around me, plus a vague idea of how nuclear reactors work these days, and that kinda suits me for now. If I'm wrong then I'm wrong and we'll deal with it as a world community if/when something bag happens.
  11. I'd be more concerned that your full stop and shift keys aren't working, tbh.
  12. I would do the first option. My 911 goes to a specialist who subs out the MOTs to another guy, but I trust the specialist implicitly so I never have any worries. It's just a car and it's nothing more complicated than an MOT. I've had garages road test my cars before at speed without asking, but then they were a main dealer and the problem was speed-related so I think that was fair enough
  13. Even more impressive then, well done folks!
  14. So how do you become a member, then? Do they come and check your premises, paperwork and past works, or is it just a pay-some-money-and-agree-to-the-code-of-conduct kinda thing? Congrats either way btw, I'm just genuinely curious
  15. Probably rear fogs, at a guess.
  16. You shouldn't be putting regular 95 in it anyway as it can be catastrophic for the engine. Slightly better power top end, but the real benefit is more torque throughout the rev range and no more limit in 1st and 2nd gears, seriously improves the drivability of the car. Definitely worth doing, but do any breathing mods (intake, exhaust etc) beforehand to make the most of it.
  17. They were crap. As was I at them. I was a big Transformers fan as a kid. And He-Man. I had Castle Greyskull and Skeletor's place and everything.
  18. Oh, and congrats Vik, good to hear you've got something sorted even if it's not ideal
  19. Bingo. Line up the firing squads for the wasters, too.
  20. You're wrong! And far too opinionated and rude! Internet warrior!
  21. AA and RAC are pretty much identical. I gave both a normal RAC membership and the 911 is covered via Porsche Assist who also use the RAC. I've called upon them multiple times and they've always been ace, but then it's luck of the draw if you get a good mechanic or a quiet time. No right or wrong choice really, as long as you pick a big name.
  22. Nah, it's rubbish. Too many people with opinions.
