No. Colour changes are required to be notified to the DVLA for alteration on the V5C though, and that includes wraps. Insurers may well offer you insurance if you're modified, but check that you're covered for the value of them[i/]. I think that they're chavvy full stop. No car in the history of the world has ever been improved with underbody neons. Fast 8 could have everyone driving round in Novas with pink flower stickers on, that still wouldn't make them cool.

Lots of tread isn't always good though, as then you can have huge tread blocks which wobble and move and upset the grip and balance. Of course, you can get the same issue on tyres with shallower tread too (I remember the R1Rs being awful for that), but it's just one other thing to consider.

I like the 350Z interior, but that doesn't make it any good! I also dislike the 370Z interior, despite the undisputed increase in material quality. Truth is, nobody can touch Audi for interiors (the mk3 TT ) so everything else is just acceptable next to them. £80K is definitely a premium car though. I'd call £40K+ premium, as a rule. You could argue £30K+, but then you can get a Golf for that much now and I definitely wouldn't class a Golf as premium.
