  1. It won't look anything like that. It'll look dull and crappy, so it can still appeal to the crusty old f*ckers that actually buy the Micra.
  2. In theory I agree, but everything Sky touches when it comes to sports turns to gold. Everything they've paid for they've improved coverage of tenfold, so competition by anyone else actually leaves the punter with an inferior product that they have to pay in addition for. Sky didn't suddenly drop their rates when they were told they couldn't have all the PL games in a season, all that happened was that the end user had to pay MORE to get access to everything they already had last season. That's my issue with this: Last year I had access to all CL games, now I have to pay at least £59.90 extra to watch them, and in poorer quality. In fairness that's because Sky/ITV didn't want to pay as much as BT did which is okay, I'm just still miffed. So yeah, I have two miffs: 1. When the EU tell a successful company that people love* that they can't be too successful, and the end user ends up paying more 2. When anyone other than Sky tries to do sports as well. You can't. You're all sh*t. Sky is just far too good for you, so sod off and leave the rest of us with quality programming. *Yeah, I know people have ethical issues with Sky/Murdoch, but in terms of quality of programming they're a mile apart from the rest when it comes to sport.

You don't need breath testers any more, but do have the hi-vis INSIDE the car. Unless you're driving at night leave the beam deflectors in the cubby, but do have them in case you get stopped.
  4. You realise that that's not BT's fault, and that's exactly what Sky did with the PL to terrestrial TV? No-one's holding anyone hostage, it's a free market and you can choose to pay or not. I choose not to. If you have the internet, there's no need to pay BT to watch CL football. It's out there, you just need to know where to google.
  5. I am less puzzled now. Mixing tyres though...
  6. I'm very puzzled.
  7. They're SUV tyres, why would you do that?
  8. No way I ever got 15k from the 050A! Used to get about 8k from the 050As, I'm already on 7k on the MPSS on a heavier car with no LSD and I'm being much more aggressive and I've barely touched them.
  9. I guess the MPSS are okay, if you like that sort of thing. MPSS will give you around 1.5x the mileage. That's reason enough alone to consider them, the fact they're also give immense feel in both wet and dry conditions can be seen as a bonus. They are the pinnacle of performance tyres right now.
  10. Seeing as how your posts are pretty unintelligible, that's actually going to be easier than you think. Sorry, I was at a wedding all day yesterday and missed this bag 'o fun, but no way am I passing up an open goal like that.
  11. I was trying to work out if the keyboard was broken, a cat was walking across it at the time, or if he was typing with his elbows
  12. Ah, I see now. You young rapscallions, you!
  13. Pardon?
  14. Ouch, not good Oil pump failure?
  15. Now sold
  16. Oops, missed your reply, sorry! That's not actually as bad as I thought it was going to be, y'know. I half expected you to say £12K or something daft!
  17. Jap car magazine in loving Jap car shocker
  18. Yup, fraud. Dishonestly misrepresenting the situation for personal gain. Fraud. Dress it up however you want, if it makes you feel better. I'm sure it has been done before, doesn't make it right. Would you also be happy to steal something from the shelf? After all, they're a big company and can clearly afford it, eh?
  19. Brilliant, your answer is to lie? That's called fraud.
  20. Lotus forum? You on SELOC as well by any chance?
  21. Also, that's a very tasteful plate whilst still being personal, good job
  22. You cannot make a car look newer. That reg is for a 1997 car, so is fine.
  23. ...is the correct answer. Couple of weeks you'd be okay with, but two months is stretching it a bit. I'd go in store on a quiet day, ask to speak to a manager, and get some kind of rapport going so he feels sorry for you and helps you out.
  24. Exactly why. That will be 99.9% styling.
