Back off, leave a clear space in front of you, then get past as quickly as conditions allow. That said, it's only a bit of grit, it won't kill the car. No, I wouldn't sit behind one for miles and miles, but it's no worse than the stones normal traffic pings up at your car every single day.

Best courier? Right now, I'd say DPD. Real time courier tracking leaves you in no doubt where the parcel is, and I've never found their guys to be anything less than professional.

For £30, who cares? If they last a year I'd just throw them away and buy new ones.

I'm not sure I'd bother full stop, tbh. Not on a new car like the 370, unless you've done literally everything else and just want something to do yourself. Definitely wouldn't pay for it!

Not necessary, but will massively improve both performance and the life of the pads & discs.
