  1. Lucky man. However, kudos for coming back and owning up. And I genuinely mean that.
  2. I'm getting old, sleep comes easier
  3. Teacup, sir?! Great pics mate, and some very useful data there too.
  4. That reminds me, I need to go watch that again. I started the other night, then fell asleep mid way through
  5. Get the garage to look at the car and give you a proper quote (not an estimate), and go from there.
  6. Weight? Dunno, about 5kg will do it The 'w' doesn't stand for weight, it stands for winter, not sure if you knew that or not. I'd also have gone for the 0w40 given the choice, so the right decision I reckon fella
  7. Halstead, Essex. The bumpers are are my work in Stansted Airport though, so probably more central (depending on where you are!). Chuck me a PM if you're interested
  8. I have two bumpers here, both HR, one in red and one in orange. Both will need a bit of TLC but they're easily sorted if you're going to get them sprayed. All I ask is you sort postage/collection and make a small donation to a charity of my choice
  9. No, because he's dead, which is tragic. Magic would be if he was still alive, innit.
  10. Daniels. The car is dead, so he figured he might as well join it.
  11. I know, scary isn't it?! I can eke out 500miles to a tank on a motorway cruise, but 400 is pretty much the regular amount from a full tank of 50/50 motorway/hooning.
  12. Kinda what I was thinking. I need to have a bit more of a look into this today, but in theory it seems a no brainer. However, you just know that the reason it exists is so that they can do away with the state pension at some point.
  13. Just buy a stock exhaust (if you don't still have yours) then swap it over before any trackday. 10 min job, even on a driveway, as long as you keep the bolts well lubed. Cheapest and easiest way by far.
  14. It's called 'just stopping posting'.
  15. True, but when the driver doesn't change then power is nothing without control. "First make it stop, then make it handle, then make it go." Old, but still true. And I'm talking about road driving more than track.
  16. So yes then. Also, how you managed to only get 270mi from a 335i is beyond me. I get 400 without trying on the 645!
  17. Great minds, my friend Would actually be a great little conversion, I reckon.
  18. Decent set of tyres and brakes and you'll go much faster than the addition of 25bhp.
  19. Glove box storage space.
