They go when they go. Depends on usage more than anything, so impossible to quantify. Personally I change by 100k if not before, but if you feel yours are going then change them.

I nearly said Elise, but ruled it out based on you wanting space. The boot is bigger than you think, but still not 350 levels of size. Monaro would be a hoot, definitely. Mk2 TT V6 DSG as an off-the-radar option? Good looking, beautiful sounding engine, nippy enough to be fun. Not the last word in dynamics, but a solid car.

It's not glue, so no. You need some silicone remover, you can get it from B&Q etc. Or just get a sharp knife between the two surfaces?

Mixed tyres. Causes vehicle instability on high speed turn in, that's the first thing I'd change.

Just pull. Silicone isn't very strong at all, the eyelid will snap first if you're not careful, then attack the light with some silicone remover.
