As we know cars built before 1973 are tax exempt here and so for example JDMs are taxed on the date of import not when they were made so a 2002 350z will pay the full wack if imported today but does that apply to a car built in say 1970 that would normally be tax exempt?? (sorry for odd spacing bleeding iPhone doing it's jumping around again!!!)

  7. We have this everytime there is a fuel hike yet no one made a fuss last year when it crept up did they? Bottom line if we say no to buying any petrol for 1 day what does it prove - oh well they only need to wait the next day!! What's the point we need oil and they have it , simple. Remember when the wagon drivers protested a few years ago that seemed to get everyones attention and we supported them but they had contingency inplace pretty quick after that . So what's to be done we can only hit them in the one place that hurts - yes their political b@lls!! Use your vote wisely

  11. The clicking drive shafts is not an actual issue to the car - its just more an annoyance - so dont worry - just sort it when you have the chance

  18. its moulded precast plastic mate dont think you can adjust it - they are all as bad as each other! I know what you mean -just assume its a feature of the car - dont worry it wont effect your MPG!
  19. Motorways in the 313 engine was between 29 - 33 mpg - around town about 25-26 for me and I drive like Grandma!

  22. Na mate you can still see them grimace through the tints!!! I've resisted the temptation to go pimp daddy in mine and I like to see daylight inside mine - we have so many grey days i have to make the most of it! Hey Andy you up for another Dough nut meet?
