  1. If that's what they're calling black these days then yes it is.
  2. The Elise with the VVTLi was interesting. Mostly as I owned a VVTLi Celica at the time. Took the Elise for a few days. Good laugh but not worth the cash. Cost €50k ex works here.
  3. Although it looks good I cant help thinking it's another GT4 limited run thing which I always thought of as a why bother deal. Adjustible suspension is interesting but pointless for most. Wheels don't look great. I'm a fan of 5 spoke. Engine is same as MY07 and exhaust provides no gains. So basically if you want a white Z you'll have to pay through the nose.
  4. Think it is SimonD with a Temper Orange one. Think it's still at the dealers.
  5. If I were to paintshield I'd have to pay for the guys to fly over. Somewhere in the region of £650.
  6. Has anyone taken delivery of an MY07 yet? Just curious really as my delivery date has been moved to SATURDAY Have to drive my plain old 04 Z for 3.5 more days. Guy
  7. I wish it were that simple. We could have hundreds of appointments in a day.
  8. Thanks. Found many sites like that offering similar services. I may of found one though that are going to look at customizing their product to integrate with our system.
  9. Anyone here been involved in setting up a texting system in work? I’ve been asked to source a system which we can use to send out appointment reminders. I’ve two options: 1, a system that is capable of selecting the info from our db and send our the reminders or 2, a system that’ll use a dump file from our db to do the same. My problem is that I cant find any useful info on it. Plenty of small companies that seem to offer a service but not a such a scale and they wont offer any info up front. Bad business if you ask me. I spoke with our account manager in O2 but they don’t offer a service but did tell me that one of our minor competitors does it. Anyone got any experience of this sort of thing? Cheers Guy
  10. Every single day. Especially in the city when there's more than one lane. Every standard @*!# car has to go for it. I stick to the speed limit and they think they are great passing me at 35-40. Muppets. Then there's the constant tailgating and people running the lights just to get ahead. Guy
  11. That's true. Seems to be a Jap thing. Toyota are the same. I've seen many people in the city driving at night with no headlights on mainly because headlights don't help the driver much in city driving. They will of course, if they're unlucky, have an accident in which it is likely they'd be blamed. Speaking of lights, I've got another one. If I catch the indicator combi switch at a certain angle I accidentally turn off the headlamps. Guy
  12. An old one, a good one but a poorly updated one.
  13. That's funny Tere. We don't have curve warnings here. Too many corners. I do remember meeting a lot of 25mph curve warnings on the west coast of US. Now that was fun in the Mustang.
  14. Still have it. I wont give Nissan any more cash then they deserve. After last service I get a creaking sound from both front and rear when turning at near full lock, going down hill and over speed ramps. All these noises coupled together with the clunky gear box lead me to testing a new Z which I bought. Collect on the first of Sept. I suspect the clutch peddle just needs a little grease behind it but am not willing to do it as the car is sold. Guy
  15. It is 100% from the pedal on my car. I have other clutch noises as well but can say without a doubt I have this one. Warranty ran out start of August so wont be going to Nissan.
  16. Do the do a vented cf hood with the bulge?
  17. Most likely, at least that's how all them crapy tv shows seem to end. I’d be the opposite. 100% confident in the car 0% out of it. Why not meet up with some of the guys from the club and do a little karting? Book a GP style event so that there’s nobody else involved that you don’t know and go for it. Once you put the helmet on and sit in the car you wont notice anyone around the track watching. You’ll find yourself totally engrossed in the driving. Trying to take the corners better and better with every lap. Guy
  18. Drive it like you stole it. Or, take a trip to a track with large run-off areas to build confidence.
  19. As you cycle through the options the clock is the one after the rev setting and before the speed. Guy
  20. Somebody has been on monkey cheats and adjusted a few settings Hell yea, that's what I've been doing the last 10 mins. http://www.totebo.com/monkey-kick-off.php?c=torsUorBoUUsorFBoUBoqBoFrruo9hmopBqBs
  21. Bring it on http://miniclip.com/mko.php?c=qrosqBoistoErsorFBoUBopBsosUpFoIONbSmouuqs
  22. Try this: http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4536 Didn't read it but looks good.
  23. I did a 360 degree road trip of the US in 05 but I’m still sooooooo jealous. If you’re still online Jacko some places to see incl: Tar pits in LA, Salt flats, Grand Canyon, Hover Dam, Meteor crater, Alcatraz. I think there’s also a Russian sub in San Fran that you can go into.
