The MY06 and MY07 have a line of 4 orange LED's on the side of each headlamp where the orange reflector used to be. I like them. I like the M3. Nice one Liam. Don’t let it happen again. Best thing to do is stay away from useless addons for explorer and programs like Kazaa which is loaded with spyware shite. In fact everyone should stay away from peer-to-peer file sharing programs.

Noises are embaressing. My 04 was a bastard for it but Nissan insisted it was normal. My 07 Z also makes the boiling kettle noise but isn't as bad as the 04. Clutch pedal sticking half way is a serious issue that Nissan should not be ignoring.

I only run two appilcations to protect my laptop. Windows defender which updates once or twice a week and Trend Anti-virus/Firewall. No infections or adware/malware/spyware since I installed them. So is your laptop clean now? Explorer opens without any problems? Guy

You have to remember these are not virus' and are not the end of the world if you get them. Safe mode only gets in the way for most things. Disconnecting from the web would be enough but then Sarnie wouldn't be able to flood the board with smart comments . Spyware and Adware are very annoying and can be quite shocking to some people when particular sites open in their browser. About 2 years ago I was in a meeting with my boss and my browser opened up with a particularly nasty porn site. We had a laugh but in different company it could of been completely different.

The scan should tell you the name of the trojan or spyware and will also tell you if it cant remove. List the names or file names it gives here. Might take a little while to get them all but shouldn't be a problem. Guy

Never liked the old XKR and I think the current one arrived too late as the DB was already out there and established. That new Jag is just another run of the mill car. Jag need to move forward but must design a car that people know and will call a Jag from the outset. I’d say the car spent too long in design and missed it’s moment or was styled in a hurray as they are under pressure to compete.

Although defender is a Microsoft product it is fairly good. I've heard good things about the panda scan. It should be fast too. It's the kind of thing you run when you know you've a virus on your pc. Most intelligent virus' will disable any anti-virus software you have installed leaving you up @*!# creek.

Apart from slowing your pc down adware tends to be let in by them. Once your scans are finished go here and click scan your pc now. You'll probably have to enter a valid email address. Good. Do you have any search engine things installed like the google bar? If you do go to control panel, add remove programs and uninstall them.

I'll try to keep this as basic as possible Click Start, Run. Type regedit and click ok. The regedit application will open. On the left of the screen will be 5 "links" listed under "My Computer". Click on each on of these in sequence. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SOFTWARE>Microsoft>Windows NT>CurrentVersion>Winlogon You're only looking for info here so don't worry about stuffing it up. In the window on the right find where it says shell. Should be 8th from the bottom. What's the data value? (thrid column) Should be Explorer.exe and nothing else. What does it say?
