You can do all that on the G. People have tried to claim for new clutches but have been refused as they can tell that they have been ragging the car. My sat nav gives me specific my GPS co-ordinates at any given time so its all possible. Have any other colours been announced yet? Did you read that in a mag or on another forum? I've never thought much of manufacturers saying special tyres were developed for a car. That's marketing talk. As for them invalidating warranty? I don't think so. The ECU thng is possible. I even read someplace that they be able to record not only your speed, rev's, G and so on but also your location by using the GPS chip from the sat nav. Think I read that on the OC recently. It is possible but could be against many privacy laws.

Been doing a little search on the web for more info on the show. Spoilers to be more precise. Don’t worry I’m not giving anything away. Anywho, apparently Mercedes engine guys were told to prep an engine for a run round the TG track but reversed the decision last week.

I don't remember them being mentioned any other time. As far as I know they don’t do anything other then have a higher scale. The ones for the Skyline up the rev limit, way up 10k, and remove the JDM speed limiter so you can hit Lambo speeds. Or so I'm led to believe.

This would fit in with the rumoured clause in his McLaren contract preventing him from driving for a top team as Honda sucked last year. Honda finished 8th while Renault were 3rd. The new one is a 3.8 producing 300bhp. An improvement but not good enough for me to even consider a test drive.
