possibly, but i hate using 0-60 times as a performance gauge of a car, 20-100 is a better marker and on that the 276 version would be quicker by about the same amount. i always think power to weight ratio is a better guide of a car. and isn't the 309 heavier And it all means naff all in real driving as already said. There are far more prominent performance gains to be had be making yourself a better driver

Will be interesting to see what it is Sarah. I have noticed more recently in the warm weather it takes a lot longer for intake temps to drop when driving and they rise like mad at a standstill. Think if I go down the ECU reflash route I will be wanting something to stop the warm air getting sucked in (stock air box perhaps )

How long is the lead and what year is the car? The best place to put it (if it reaches) is in the little cubby armrest. Any competant installer should be able to run the wire behind the HU, down behind the AC controls, down the centre section to the cubby. Unless you need access to it for selecting Albums etc, this is the best place as its out of sight

Silica bags work very well at drying sealed units out, its what they are designed for. If there is not break in the seal they will draw out any moisture. Remember to put them in the oven too for a few minutes if you use them again to dry them out. I sh!t you not it works, I use them in my camera casing when scuba diving and they work well at keeping moisture away. As you can imagine, diving the casing gets very cold so any moisture quickly condenses in the casing. Also if you have aircon in your house, you can stick them in an airconned room to help it further

You think that, but a few I have met that have/had TT, I would question if they knew much about it at all before they had it done! Search button is always your friend though, theres been plenty of talk of all this and the various options. As said before, Alex, Envy, and Martin all have different kits, so try asking them for advice, but only once you know the basics or you'll pee them off!
