  1. So Storm White GT with Nav? Manual I assume? I'll get them to run it tomorrow
  2. smartmove: Have spoken to WLMG@Slough today and they have confirmed that the MY2010 order codes are live, and dependant on spec, deliveries can be as quick as 4-6 weeks if theres already one the right spec being shipped. If you let me know the spec/colour you are after, they have said they will run it through the computer and can give you an exact lead time
  3. I think a little more info is required For example wheels? size? etc . +1 - on my Rotas, I could use 275 or 285 no probs, after all its only 5mm each side of the wheel.
  4. If your tyres have very uneven wear compared to each other I could see how that is logically possible, but I'd get a note in writing to say that when you get new tyres they will check the car again for free and adjust if needed
  5. Think there was a chap on my350z.com that changed his from a USDM to JDM, by transplanting the internals from the JDM into the USDM to give him autofolding mirrors. Maybe worth a search, sure there was pics of how he did it
  6. Nottingham/Leicestershire area. Well I'm sure the locals can confirm, but that seems a little steep to me, London is usually more expensive because of the higher labour rates.
  7. Looks nice Not sure I'd have it as a daily driver though
  8. Where are you based? If you are down South (London/Reading area) that seems like a standard kind of price, but maybe a bit hight, I think you could get it down to about £65 inc VAT if haggle, but that seems a standard price to me - not their discounted price
  9. Do not over tighten them! Tighten them up to the same spec as wheels (around 85ft-lb) and make sure you do them in a star formation, going say 40 - 60 - 90ft-lbs. It is important not to over torque and do it in the right pattern to make it sit true to the hub Also an idea to check them a week later to make sure they've not backed off at all. Then do the same with your wheels a week after that to make sure they arent backing out
  10. http://my350z.com/forum/intake-exhaust/ ... pacer.html you guys might want to read above thread... and try and clean your eyes of the bs... Nothing new in that as the older members on my350z have stated, unless I missed something? Good to see an inderpendant dyno measuring it, and does prove that a spacer on a RevUp motor does nothing with the RevUp lower collector, so what has been said is right, you need the spacer and the MREV/non-RevUp lower collector to make the best gains
  11. I would say so. Given they are taking orders for roadsters and Black Editions, I would say MY2010 cars are very much available for order I can get a confirmation tomorrow
  12. +1 - a lot can be lost in text, like the context of what people are saying, speaking in person or on the phone will get you the details a lot quicker but then I can't read it... But he will have more time to write up the explaination he gets than Mark has
  13. Found a few vids on YouTube, looks like great fun, karting in a Zed! What is FreeRACE Heats Semi's Theres more of the same if you look at their vids
  14. +1 - a lot can be lost in text, like the context of what people are saying, speaking in person or on the phone will get you the details a lot quicker
  15. Go for a 370z, just not the Black Edition
  16. Yeah think you're right, Stews doesnt have any lines, but in your case, I think they follow nicely from the bonnet so leave them on. Its marginal either way will look ace with a smoothed badge
  17. IMO leave the lines on the bumper and smooth out the badge. I think thats the same as Stews isnt it?
  18. As Mark said, standard on UK models, but optional on JDM
  19. Smooth the skirt lines and the badge, you know you want to Cabon bottom halves of the skirts would look awesome, but I think the wrap would be too prone to being caught on stuff with an exposed edge that isnt wrapped around/under an edge.
  20. I want one Admittedly the message scrolling is chav, but would be good to have something similar that offers fog and reverse light
  21. Those crazy guys from the other side of the pond got bored and found a use for the foglight hole http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3-WOTFXfGD8 Would be good in this country if you could have it as a reverse light as well as fog
  22. And you still had some smilies left
  23. Very nice James, will be looking good for this season When I looked into getting the Nismo sides, Phil said they were no lower than stock, so you should be fine with clearance on them. As for the line, I think it would look good with it deleted, or maybe paint below the line black and above it colour matched to the car, I've seen that before and it looks good. But smoothed would definately look good. Still not sure on clearcoating the roof. I think it would be a lot of effort to get it deep enough to flat back to give a glass like finish. Maybe get the shop to try it on a small piece if you can get hold of some to see how much effort it is and if it will even work.
