Glad to hear you're enjoying the new motor Dan I found the same with you on the track, the Zed has more character than 911/Caymans, the Porkers are almost too good at what they do. Supprised you managed to keep up with GTRs though, were they the R35? They should have walked away from you given equal drivers, purely because they are 4WD. In the dry with bundles of grip fair enough you keeping up, but in the wet they should have had it easy. Still shows you were driving properly Look forward to more piccies and follow ups.

Whats NVH? EDIT: OK googled it, and yes I agree, the TT has much less NVH. BUT that does take some of the experience away. Like I say, you can make the Zed quiet, I did it in my 350z by noise deadening the bollox out of it, but then it kills some of the good noise too. Its all a balance. The TT is better for long distance drives with less NVH, but then again, it sounds quiet as hell when you boot it, unless you get something like a TTS which is way out of a 370z price bracket

Everythings big money over here, cheaper to chop it in for a faster car

Think I'll have to disagree with you for once Colin - that doesnt happen often! I think it looks good on Quartz, but not totally conviced. Think it looks great on white though (both matt wrap and proper CF). Does look better than I thought, very tempted my self. Think we need more piccies I think it might be the lack of contrast in the photos as the car is already so dark. I'm glad someone is doing the CF bits on a 40th in quartz, means I can steal all the better looking bits!

Well thats under discussion! Obviously we want to take the bikes, but also the Zed. Trying to work out if we can have both I think they may be forced to stay behind for that one They really do need to sort out the grading system for trails, its so varying. All fun though, I guess the easiest thing is just to try all the trails, so long as theres chicken runs for the biggest stuff, shouldnt have any problems on red/blacks.

Yeah its a bit of a shame the way that trail centres are going now, created a bit of a monster of themselves, so have to cater for all levels and also be able to withstand a lot of abuse, leaving them to be largely flattened and be covered in a hard surface to cope. Maybe the camera is lying, but that didnt look like black run stuff to me, would you say it was harder than the stuff you took us on in the Lakes? Amanda will be well chuffed if the stuff we did was harder! Still its all good fun, and trail centres do have their uses, like if you dont know the area or the weather is a bit pap as they tend to be designed to handle it. Certainly opened my eyes riding with you and Fran and see what everyone means about most trail centres getting more sanitised and not half as good as the natural stuff

Someone will have you beaten on that, trust me! As Colin says, TPMS is for the US market, not sure if anywhere else gets it. In the US I think they may be mandatory now which is why they get them as standard. They wont waste their pennies on us over here if they arent required by law

I've heard that too. Apparently this season was shot in HD, but not broadcast to the feed in HD so no one could see it. Not quite sure why they shot it in HD but then didnt broadcast it like that, but thats the TV bods for ya! I think the main challenge for all motorsport is getting small enough HD cams for in the cars/bikes. Didnt know Eurosport had Moto GP in HD, I assumed if there was an HD feed then the beeb would show it given that BBC HD is showing sod all at that time of day

I've had the finisher off on mine, but the unit looked to be one piece, well not one piece, but no obvious way to take it apart. You may find you have to remove the whole unit and remove the "stick" from below. Or maybe the gap in the gate (where you shift from full auto to manual) is just big enough to get over the gear knob?

What are the issues you are having Chippy? I have a 3GS running iOS4 (maybe not the latest) and it plays music etc as it always has. Maybe I need a newer version of iOS4 to see the problems. Anyway, I'll mail WLMG and see if they have heard anything about the TSB (likely they havent, but they are good at chasing NMGB!)

I'll go try mine in a bit and see what the problem is. I've downloaded the letter on the thread and I'll forward it to WLMG and get them to do some digging. Usually the US sees these things first, so it may be a while before we see any SW update

Maybe, but if that is the case and you have an MY2009, then there is nothing Nissan can do, thats a hardware interface problem. Looks like that might be why they changed the hardware interface on the MY2010.
