Main thing that would wear the suspension is hitting square edges like potholes. Suspesion components are designed to take constant up/down, but what they wont like so much is sudden up/down. Wouldnt worry about it, bushes will likely be shot befre the suspension, and then its a good excuse to get some new coilovers From what I've seen, bushes are past their best by about 50k miles, suspension will last, what, 100k miles if not battered and looked after even longer.

Depends how much you want your car to look good. My missus Ibiza has always been lovingly detailed. She had a small bang in it and sent it off to the bodyshop to have it fixed and was mortified when it came back all swirled. Evidently they washed it with a bucket of grit. She still cringes when she see's it in the sun or petrol station forecourt where you can see the swirls. Horses for courses, but I hate seeing cars swirled to death, it looks horrible in the sun and so easily avoided.

Mines lucky to go north of 3k RPM atm with my commuting on the M4 Must admit I dont know an aweful lot about this kind of thing other than a car is meant to run richer as it revs and that turbo/SC tend to run richer too - I always heard it was to keep temps down to help keep det at bay. Oh and that 350z/370z run very rich as stock and for a reason know one quite knows
