As has already been said, go to Trading Standards. Your local office will do and they will contact their people nearest to the naughty boy. There is no need for you to contact anyone else or do anything else, just leave it to them. If you do contact them then ask the person for their name and you can always check back to ensure your complaint is being dealt with. Car clocking is big business and I am sure they'll be pleased to hear from you.

I am assuming you're in Potugal. It would seem fairly pointless advertising in the UK for a LHD Z although they do get imported from California from time to time by certain traders. Bear in mind what you've already been told on Z Club. There is no such thing as a cheap 240Z. Your most realistic bet is Club Zen De France (The Z club of France) which is probably a lot easier for you. I know there are a couple of members on there who import from USA and obviously most Z's for sale on there will be LHD. Further afield is the Dutch Z Club who are very active, I believe it's the Z and ZX Club of Holland but google will sort you out.

I have a 260 Z standing in my drive. It's not been run for at least 4 years now and the bodywork is in need of love and attention. I have a few replacement panels for it but although i am reluctant to admit it the job is too big for me I haven't got a clue how to post up pics but I may be able to email them. NB this is not a small job and will require a great deal of work and £.s.d. This is not a for sale ad but if anyone's interested drop me a pm. Bear in mind the price of an average UK 240Z is now reaching the ridiculous. Rough ones are also silly money. 260Z's are shooting the same way. The early 260Z shell (which this one is) is the same as a 240 but the later ones are subtly different. Anyone coming to Zed Fest is welcome to take a look as it's about 4 miles away otherwise it's available any time.

Papplewick is a small village sitting on a minor cross roads mid-way between the A60 and A611. The Griffins Head is directly on the cross roads, a big white building. Depending on your direction of approach keep the pub on your left and drive into the field behind it, the field gate opens on to the pavement beside the pub. .The pub does meals and there is usually a burger van on the field. I got the postcode off the pubs website so it should be correct.

I believe there is a meet on Wednesday evening at the Griffins Head, Papplewick NG15 8EN. You have to be early as it sometimes gets quite full. I'll be there from about 6.30pm in a black 280ZX. I know it's short notice but may see some of you there.

Thanks for a truly great event once again Martin. That warm up bloke who was on before Pink as Floyd was pretty good for an old guy. The band were excellent, so good in fact that I can now hear in stereo and have cancelled my appointment at the surgery to have my tabs syringed. My thanks to those who helped with my cooling problem. I followed the same route home and had no trouble. I hope to meet everyone again at Zed Fest.

I'm linking up with a convoy at Scotch corner but it means me leaving at 0745 to get there for 0945. I've been the route you suggest for the previous meetings and i hate the m'ways around Manchester so thought i'd have a change. It's a bit further but different. May be too late now but can meet up on the A1 somewhere if you're interested.

I have made some enquiries re the above and they sell those clutches far cheaper than anyone else in this area. My informant uses them regularly and says he has never had a problem, He does say that some stuff they sell is cheap tac but the clutches are spot on and people travel miles to get them.

SAF are local to me. I know they give good service and have a good internet business. My calls on motor factors these days are very rare and I use a different supplier who i have dealt with for years without problem. however SAF have a good reputation and often supply parts you can't find elsewhere.
