  1. Could be I will be checking some of the Welsh roads out at the end of March and that might well include a further trip nothewards, if my work allows
  2. Some nice pics there Wayne That zoomed in shot of your car with the bonnet up realy does show off you new rims a treat - they look ace
  3. Sorry, but I would replace emergency with brainless - the only alternative to me washing/cleaning my car would be to give it to a professional detailer
  4. opps, only just seen this - belated happy birthday Rich - but are you still or ready to give your wheels a good airing today
  5. Yep - beats me - one title I am quite happy for you have
  6. Didn't get my free copy either after quite a lot of work helping the writer get his facts right Has anyone checked out the Marangoni 370Z-hydro on pages 32-33 - some nice touches - even copied my rear end
  7. Booo dont say that, I dont want to pay HMRC I think you will be very lucky to escape it
  8. Another cheeky one - but at least he got one digit right 18 ? you wish!!!
  9. Another cheeky one - but at least he got one digit right 94? i'm guessing the 4 is the right number I didn't say anything about the order
  10. Another cheeky one - but at least he got one digit right
  11. That's good - I'm sure Nissan will be taking note
  12. 84? and him?
  13. Would you like me press the BIG BAN button Hugh after that post
  14. Ebized

    Wow!

    Why thank you, kind sir
  15. Welcome to the forum 6mt nice to have another 370 owner on board And if that TimGSXR gives you any more grief I have that banning button close to hand to oblige his banning request
  16. I wouldn't disagree with you - proportionally they are too big and strangely the rear view seems more restricted than I found in the 350 - to the point I have read some are concerned that there is something of a blind spot. I've not found the rear view myself an issue (yet) but its almost the case that I'm looking for it - if that makes sense
  17. especially if you are a short arse, I guess
  18. That's a nice result you have got - as yet it is not clear if the ECU over this side of the pond will allow the gains you are getting - once the car is run-in and I get it on the dyno will see if that justifies the outlay. Just getting the cat-back system meant FedX were better off to the tune of $430 and with another $200 or so on taxes when it arrives here we are paying "through the nose" as they say so I want to be sure any gains are going to be worthwhile
  19. And there's me waiting to see the Smart outdrag the Lambo.....but he gets another result
  20. I am finding the 275/35 much more slippery than the standard 245/45 m8... now i v got loads of front end grip as on 245/35 but the back end is v twitchy.... whats the camber sitting like? could be its running on an edge instead of flat? same cambers on rays and the grip was amazing m8. its 2.50 ish f and 2.20 ish rear. Its worse on wet and dry...then again loads of grit (salt actually) on the road so cant 100% comment yet. You sure its not just your right foot getting heavier When I changed from 245's to 275's and new tyres suddenly there was a whole more lot of grip but as the rears wore so the grip lessened and it was case of tempering the loud pedal knowing the font tyres were still giving high levels of grip.
  21. Welcome to the forum I'm surprised you have not found most the answers by a search and with that list it is going to take someone a fair amount of time to help you, (and no one gets paid on here ) so if you have since found some of the answers you are looking for you can go back into your post and edit it.
  22. Keyless entry simply means you unlock with the fob but you need the key in the ignition to start the car etc and the 350's have keys as in your 2nd pic. The 370's also have keyless ignition (a button to start etc) and use a fob similar to your first pic. But each have the ability to be accessed by the key (and in the case of the 370 to also be stated with the key that slides into the fob). One of the gripes with the 350's that Nissan didn't even provide a 'flip' key design
  23. Then get those tyres changed - you are missing what a ZED is all about if that is the feedback you are getting on the road
  24. Trawl back throught the hundreds of threads on tyres on here and you will find it hard to find anyone to say a good word about the 040's, after experiencing the alternatives. The 050's are much better (standard fit on late 350's and now the 370's) and some prefer their characteristics to the Falkens or Toyos. If your budget does not stretch to MPS's then go for the Falkens, Toyos or 050A Stones as having seen umpteen postings over the last 5 years on tyres they have been the clear favourites. Got the hint
