  1. Very well said Quite how anyone believes Button is arrogant is beyond me, especially when you look at some of his fellow competitors out there who have also won champoinships and on that 350th post MacW, please claim your free 350 window sticker from M13KYF
  2. Lewis was much quicker at that point and had much better drive going onto the pit straight, i thought he had every right to go for an overtake at that point! Whats he supposed to do take his foot off the throttle and just follow when clearly he had much better momentum and drive? I accept Hamilton drove a stinker in Monaco and was an idiot but it seems that he is to blame for every incident know if he is involved, he's a racer and thats what they do go for the overtake! At the end of the day it was a racing incident. Obviously the media wont see it that way because they need a story to write! Anyhow Button as accepted the blame . Anyhow fantastic win by Jenson just happy to see Vettel beaten. Button explained that he had taken the blame for the coming-together during a two-hour break forced by heavy rain at the Montreal circuit. "I couldn't see anything when he came alongside me. I couldn't see anything in my mirrors, it is just one of those things and I have apologised to him," said Button. And that's the difference between Jenson and Lewis - Jenson will put his hand up whereas Lewis complains. Frankly I think Jneson said that for the teams sake as he was simply following the racing line and again Lewis, like he did in Monaco, went for a closing gap that he wasn't going to make. Reminded me of the Schumacher/Coulthard incident at Spa when Coulthard could not see behind him because of the spray and in the split seconds and spray yesterday I doubt Lewis was seen coming out of the tow Hey Dave, good to have you back having our usual F1 disagreements - but remember who has less buttons now

  4. Definitely Jensons best ever race after 6 pit visits and coming through from last place, - wow Perhaps Lewis will now take a leaf out of Jenson's patience book instead of going for gaps that are not there, or he somehow expects others to move over and let him through. Love to know what Ron Dennis was thinking as he walked out the back of the garage upon Lewis's retirement. Lets hope the Stewards do not upset things.
  5. Highly likely Nissan UK will say it can't be done in my experience. The handbook is for all English speaking countries and there is a whole lot of 'extras' the US (and other countries) get that we don't. Amuses me that my 370 handbook, where it shows a pic of how to open the boot from inside the car, has used the interior shot of a 350 and the handle locations are quite different
  6. As Doogyrev says you can get a lot behind the front passenger seat - especially if the occupant is small and also behind the drivers seat if you are a short-arse. Spare shoes under the seats too
  7. See - you really shouldn't be sniffng that NOS so much Ian
  8. I gather from Mark (Abbey) that the HFCs should add a worthwhile increase Inside the car I find the Stillen gives me a similar sound as the Nismo exhaust did on the 350 so those who with that system will know the difference when the used in combination with the HFC's. Having ridden in a 350 with the Nismo + HFCs for me personally I found the noise level just too harsh and that is why I have not gone down that route with the 370. Mind you, following one is a joy but then that's not living it with it everyday But then again I can understand those of more tender years would not worry about the noise level inside when I see and hear some of the ICE installed
  9. To fully enjoy the 350 or 370 this is the way to use it Most 'incidents' invaribly occur when there is 'alleged' diesel or whatever on the road - more often than not is simply being too brutal with the loud pedal for the conditions and that I suspect that happens with the TC on or off
  10. why are you looking at 350 links if you have a 370 or........

  12. +1 ....... 276 bhp ...... no headlight washers either No headlight washers on aftermarket Nismo bumpers Most cut the holes at least though keep up guys - covered that on the first page
  13. Doesn't have the headlight washers that the ad says it has (as normally expected for that aftermarket bumper conversion) The **** has simply lifted some standard description so its a completely screwed advert So god knows what he is actually selling there - one to avoid.
  14. I expect it is the usual clutch release bearing noise - known issue - here is one thread I turned up (search function ) viewtopic.php?f=10&t=22056&hilit=release+bearing
  15. Bit of info here about it: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/technology/g ... uitar.html
  16. Looking at the installation guide am I right in thinking these are an official Nissan accessory
  17. I was thinking that and especially if you are generous with the antifreeze/clear screen additive that might have gunged up the motors
  18. Definitely the Fabia - one of the best small hatches around and now Skoda have dumped the diesel version. Trying to convince my other 'alf that what she needs to replace the Jazz, but guess what - yeah you got it, it has the wrong badge
  19. Parked up at the western end of the road about 1.15pm today - one of the Azure Mafiosa brigade on here?
  20. Quite a natty one - so what tune have you been able to play
  21. Awww - that is a shame Iain as you have been a great supporter on here but family has to come first so someone is going to get a good Roadster buy as a result of your er, reproductive capabilities
  22. Yeah - mine seems a little lower since you sat in it
