  1. The SSR range is great stuff. Start with SSR1 as Rob suggests and you can work up to SSR2 and SSR2.5 if required. Personally, if applying by hand, I would just jump straight in with SSR2 as working by hand doesnt really work the polish hard. One of the benefits of SSR is it doesnt have fillers, so when you get rid of the swirls, they are gone, not just hidden until you wash the car Yep, and then use either White Diamond or Black Hole glaze. Gives an amazing finish IMO.
  2. +1, works very well. +2 Kept my leather in great condition all round the car. And moved.

    350Z vs Z4

The Zed sits in a gap above the 3l but below the Z4M power wise. Depends how much cash you want to splash.
  4. I love this response..... Hell, you might as well say it as it is! Your friends car needs to be burned to the ground. That is probably the worst Z I have ever seen and that is saying a hell of a lot. Does your friend have a mental problem or something that could at least make it a more acceptable reason why he did this?
  5. I would start with Poorboys SSR1 and see how that goes. It is a great product and if it is just surface swirls will help remove / fill them.
  6. You obviously didnt pay much attention to Robs car on Sunday (bar his wheels!) I like to think it has a bit of a shine....
  7. Only just caught up with this. The lengths people will go to, just to avoid a competition! Sorry to see the Zed go, don't be a stranger mate
  8. I got a guy who does mine, it's the danage to the paint with this one.....
  9. Same for me - can't see it. Am not far from Reading so may be able to help if I can see where it is!
  10. Looks great Mark. Adds more to what is a top quality show car.
  11. I was quite surprised at the quality of cars there actually, nowhere near as many Lax Power specials as there have been at other shows. Also managed to avoid the burn as well, which was a pleasant surprise. It were hot!!
  12. Aye they must be a nightmare for peeps who like to keep a nice car, but I like this seeing the road as I drive thing. I'm funny like that Bradders That just proves you're not cleaning it often enough!
  13. Great show and as the pics show the stand was in a prime spot and the weather was glorious. Although for some reason cold and heat always seems to be that bit more intense at race circuits! Dan - how I didn't talk to you I don't know - sorry! Great meeting some more new members too. Hoep you enjoyed it, any feedback on the way we do the shows is gratefull received. We hope the tents / gazebos were valued!
  14. Postcode for the meet place seems to be TN15 6JB
  15. Looks lovely! And just goes to show how big the Yank trucks are!!
  16. Where are you based? There are plenty of places that can do it professionally, and the Alpine stuff has a very good reputation.
  17. Clay bar and some polish for me....... And then jetSEAL 109 on it after to seal it to help with it being easier next time round.
  18. In which case, best wishes for a safe return!
  19. It would make no odds in my world. Disconnected it all so it can't accidentally be used to coat the car in mess!
  20. What time and where do you want to meet in the morning for the set-up? EDIT: will give you a call!
