  1. Very short notice but I have 2 tickets for this for tomorrow night that I can't use. They are free to anyone who can pick them up from me in Aigburth, South Liverpool (I'm on the main drag into town) or I'll be in the city centre during the day.
  2. A credit you, pal.
  3. Yep 2 symbols of Brummie capitalism in one shot. Nice.
  4. And we thought Louis's Fiat 500 was gay. What colour was it?

  6. Didn't someone on here get done after the ANPR correctly identified his plate?
  7. Whilst this may be because a) I'm blinded by my hate for them and / or I've forgotte nwhat my Fiesta was like to drive & I'm comparing it to the Zed but I think that the high driving position made me feel precariously balanced, and thus lack confidence to drive it properly, I mean I was looking down at people in Mondeo's!!! The high driving position is a psychological thing. You can drive it on its door handles and it hangs on, even with the skinny tyres on the 1.2S we had.
  8. The S-Cargo or whatever it was called was made in the early nineties with the Figaro and Pao and based upon the chassis of the Micra which was around at the time i.e. crap. Cube will be based on the current Micra which looks daft but actually handles pretty well for a small car. Might be worth a drive if you can find one, Stan.
  9. You can get them on MINIs too.
  10. The world's oil reserves will have dried up before you get another 2-seater, mate!
  11. but wrong section, Col. Moved.
  12. I think he meant he'd PM'd the seller.
  13. Check this for the price of the exhaust.... http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic ... 321#243321 £2k
  14. Very cool but Colin's right. Locked.
  15. Very nice is what it is!
  16. I have to disagree, Stan. Mini is a fine handling, quality engineered car. 500 is a Panda in drag and but apparently doesn't drive as well.
  17. Funny you should say that because I had the opposite experience. DT buggered mine up and I've never got round to having it sorted.
  18. Agree 100%. Much preferred it when I drove mine everyday.
  19. Lets stick to the one thread for this.
  20. Congratulations. Great news on the job! But the Fiat??? Good God man, don't do it. The 500 is all style over substance. It doesn't handle and it won't hold together. All its got is cutesy looks which appeal to girls and gay men. There are tons of small, frugal motors which are also good cars too - go for one them instead.
  21. Disappointed is the best way I can sum up my reaction. It looks fussy and the heavy handed retro features like the windowline seem to sit uneasily with the modern bit like the lights. Its lost the elegance and purity of the 350Z and that's a shame. It looks like its been designed to appeal to the American muscle car fan to me. The interior looks fine but nothing special. On the other hand these are three pictures and I'll reserve final judgment until I've seen some different colours, angles and preferably seen one in the flesh. Would I pre-order one now? I think not.
  22. It already is You wanna be at this end
