Current gen MINI or last gen? I was only getting 25 mpg day to day with a last gen MCS so the equivalent Works would probably dip below 20 mpg at full chat. The MINIs are fast but sounds like the Zed driver may not have been on top of his game.

Had an auto-dipping mirror on my old MINI. As soon as anyone came up behind me it dipped and I couldn't tell if it was the rozzers....

+1 Would be easy to just go out and buy just another 4wd track slag but where is the fun in that? It's all about being individual and making the car you want. I can't see myself selling the Z anytime soon and FI would be a logical next step but I think I would personally get more out of the car by upgrading the brakes, coilovers first etc. IMHO that's undoubtedly the right order to do things in. Get the most out of the car by honing your own skills and the handling and brakes and then the next stage is more power.

It may not be a genuine Nismo kit and they are Rota not Nismo wheels but I take your point. However, I think another member, Erson, lives just down the road from these guys and has seen the car so at least it exists. I don't think its for me though. If I get another Zed I really need a blank canvas that I can then mould into my perfect Zed. This one has already had too much done. Good luck with the sale though.
