  1. just been browsing there website and they have a branch near me, just between ipswich and cambridge off the A14. dangerous having them this close. i want them to do my rear strut bar and B pillars. but have a feeling it would be a slipery slope to carbon vinyl doom
  2. just been browsing racoons website and they have done a few cars in a matt black finish. seen a porsche done in it. looks ok, but without seeing it in the flexh its not easy to say.
  3. the rev limiter is adjustable (kind of) you cans et when the red light will flash within your rev band. and therotically redlining it shouldn't blow the engine there and then thats what the limiter is for; to protect the engine. but you will increase the wear to the engine and if you want to do that then i'd suggest making your oil change every 4500 miles instead of the usual 9000.

    quotes on a Z

its an age thing regardless of what power you have under your foot, its people under 25 that are most likely to go out in a ball of flames, be it with 1000bhp or 50 bhp when under 25's tend to crash regardless of your NCB's they tend to go for it big style. not putting a downer on your driving skills but the general under 25's as a group. like with anyone you have good drivers and you have bad ones. regardless of car power or time driving.

    My new ride.

    thats a good idea
  6. this is about the 3rd person we've had on here recently with some kind of "i've ragged the crap out of my car it don't work no more, what do you think might be broken?" if you haven't broken the car i'd invest in some driver tuition ... and before you think I'm taking the p1$$ I'm not talking about daily driver school i mean track day race driver tuition. they'll teach you how to get the most out of your car with out blowing a head gasket at the same time.
  7. i'm impressed with those people cough clarkie cough who manage to do a fanatastic detai lin 3 hours. mine takes the whol day, and it looks good, but never that good now wheres the emoticon for sulky person kicking a stone
  8. welcome to the Club lots of info in here, get searching, and look through the gallery, should give you lots of ideas.

    Quick once over

really love that un cluttered rear look with the black roof and rear window. looks very sleek. just out of interest in your sig, your car has a spoiler, what spoiler was that, and what happened to it?
  10. i haven't seen the footage, what exactly hit him, are we talking a small aerodynamics part, or the rear spoiler?
  11. matethat looks amazing. you've swayed me back to the nismo V2 spoiler again
  12. How do the tyres fit on the boxes? these are the first ever square wheels i've ever seen, and they look like cardboard as well; is this the latest trend?
  13. Dear god why oh why oh why!!! makes me think its time to start an Ebay hit squad, adverts that point towards chavs they then send round the hit squad to take them out. SAS styleee
  14. kinda like it, can't make my mind up. if you did it nurrish it prefer that to the 2 tone you have at the moment.
  15. P15ULT was doing a Carbon effect for the door handles. it was something i was going to look into on mine as they are scratched to bits. always annoys me when i get into see them.
  16. i've always like rainbow speakers. they have a whole range from very basic to mucho expensive. but the quality of them and the sound is amazing
  17. i doubt anything, things fall off all the time especially if there has been previous damage
  18. doesn't work with that bumper. maybe if you had the CF overlay on the bottom section it might balance it out. maybe try photoshopping it
  19. I wouldn't mind some kind of model engine in my workshop. might have to look into building something myself, just to show the kids how things work. anyone seen that man who built a replica working ferrari which was 1:16 scale was an amazing piece of engineering.
  20. i'm going to enter but it will have to be towards the end of the month as i'm away for a bit. this looks like good fun, kind of give me the proper motivation to go all out. just need to find the original competition thread
  21. i really like that, i already have a gaitor, so the fitting of a handle shouldn't be too much hassle. where abouts did you get your handle from. whas it direct from richbrook? or did you get it else where?
  22. i suppose it would come in around the same then of about £340 for a P3.
  23. They look really good mark, a good find. i'll be using Team AFM at martlesham in about 1000 miles, have spoken to them already and they have said that it would be about £60 per man hour and then what ever the costs of the consumables on top. i'll be supplying my own so hopefully should come in under £300. not sure how long a P3 takes but my guess is about 2 hours.
  24. wouldn't touch them with a barge pole sales are just as useless as service. bunch of muppets work there.
