  1. Hi all I said a sad farewell to my 59 plate, Z today...3 years and 63k of heaven!!! 3 years of ownership has been a pleasure...3rd Z in a row so time for a change (2 x 350's and 1 x 370) but I will be back!!! 3 years time ready for the new model if autocar is to be believed!!!!
  2. Hi If it helps, I have had mine from new for 25 months now and not a single problem (fingers crossed) the boot release yes, but TBH when I have done 40k I cant really count that as a fault!, put it this way if that's the only problem I have i'll be a happy boy
  3. Yep...To be fair the sales saide has always been pretty slick, guy name adrian there is a top bloke, just p+sses me off, they treat me like some sort of chancer cos im not willing to shell out nearly £500 notes on a service when it's £350 about 40 miles doen the road. If I wanted rip off servicing there is a nice GTR for sale at Driveover Cobridge, you seen it? (09 Black edition)

    P3 Service

Hi All Hoping that you can help...anyone have any idea on cost of a P3 service? upto 36K now, Iv'e had a quote from the local dealers (where I have bought 3 cars and had all my service's done!) of £485!!! called another dealer in cannock (not as convienient to get to from stoke) and got quoted £352!! Suffice to say I went back and asked for a price match, but they are wanting me to basically jump through hoops to match...they wanted a written quotation, so I got that emailed, now they want a detailed breakdown of what is include in the P3 service from the other dealers who quoted £353!! Surely a P3 is a P3 aint it? Im really p+ssed off that the dealers that I have used loyaly for 7-8 years, have bought my own cars, my parents cars etc seem all to eager to rip me off. Any help re cost of P3 would be greatly appreciated Thanks
  5. ace..there's a lesson for you there...stay away from Korean tat (Samsung/LG) and buy Japanese (you have with the car!!!) much better build quality, reliability etc (Sony, Pana, Toshiba)

    Which oil?

Hi All. Just a quickie...Im going to do an oil change...anyone recommend the best oil to use? Cheers
  7. I know what you are saying about car washed, but the guy I use I have known for years and is a bit of a detailing freak! I think he see's washing the 350 and now the 370 a biy of a special treat...and I aint gonna argue
  8. The best colour choice by far Colin...Enjoy! The white will be a bit of a mare to keep clean (mine goes to the local car wash 3 times a week!) but it is worth it cos it still makes me smile everytime I walk towards it! White gets a LOT of admiring looks too!!! Ps..The "self healing" paint does actually work. I had a wooden gate blow open onto my bumper, nothing too drastic in terms of damage, a little T cut did the trick, but there were still small surface scratches visible upon close inspection. After a few days they went...weird as I thought it would be a load of BS but far play it works for small scuffs etc!
  9. I have to agree with Chris on this one! I upgraded from a (55) 350 to a 370 and there is a huge difference between the 2! Im probably not one of the 2 peiople that have upgraded from a 350 to a 370 that someone mentioned in an earlier post, so that makes 3 doesn't it! 350 or 370, personal opinion I suppose, I know I certainly wouldn't agree that the 350 looks better than the 370 (unless you are stevie wonder that is!)...for what it's worth everybody that has seen my 370 over my 350 have much much prefered the styling of the 370..are they just being nice?, I dont know but I can only say what people have said to me, generally they comment that it's a lot more muscular looking, the interior is a million times better than the 350, the ride on long journeys is a lot smoother (for those who have been in the car with me!), and perfomance versus a 55 plate 350 is very noticable. Call me biased maybe, but there does seem to be quite a bit on anti 370 vitriol on this site, jealously or not I dont know, but for all the GTR love in, I dont actually like the looks of the GTR at all, but would I want one...for performance Yes, looks No..Am I jealous of people who have one...hell yes! I to suspect a hint ofjealously in some of the anti 370 posts too! dont shoot me, only my opinion.
  10. Yep I noticed the exact same thing on my Azure 350!!! dont seem to have a problem on me white 370 though thankfully. I have also noticed it on the yellow one in my local showroom....must be just on certain colours.!!
  11. Thanks Polar I'll try it!! I have done the typical bloke thing...dive right in, without even looking at the manual!!! Will give it a go in a min!
  12. I agree with Polar...370 is such a good car even after owning the 350! Iv'e had mine for 6 weeks now and im still loving it....and looking for excuses to take it out for a spin! Have to agree with a couple of the Cons as well, passenger window isn't resetting properly on mine either, also it is Defo more of a GT than out and out sports car...if that's a con i'm not sure, depends on your outlook (and age) I suppose. I do a lot of motorway miles so it's a massive step forward for me from the 350 in terms of ride, cabin quality and comfort. One thing I am failing to get my head around is the synchro rev, doesn't seem to do that much to me? is it just me?
  13. The first thing I thought when I saw the reg FKT wss F+cked! That's the reason I chose it!!!
  14. Controversial but im not feeling it. The Rear spoiler looks terrible....reminds me of the chav impreza's et al. Good to see that Nissan have finally sorted the paint match on the bumpers...that's a grand total of 2 that I have seen that match...mine and the one in the piccy's.....progress at last
  15. Dont like the wheels are you mad!! Everyone has said how nice they look..personal opinion i suppose but I like!!
