  1. i saw him make an awesome recovery last year, corrected a skid where the car was actually 90 degrees form the direction it was meant to be going in. was the most awesome save i've ever seen
  2. they all have clicky axles, to be honest i've come to accept that its just a zed thing these days. unless a previous owner has fitted the uprated parts they will already haved the clicks or will get them at some point. and the impairment on driving = 0 check for a good service history, no long gaps or missed services. shoudl all be doen every 9k
  3. You wouldn't be saying that if you'd watched the Donnington round hope plato wins. should be a good race
  4. yes more power = bigger clutch. to be honest i found the zed clutch quiet light considering the engine size
  5. to be honest there is mo point in doing the other things unless you're planning on getting a remap. other wise you've just created very expensive noise.
  6. pay the extra and get a decent version never good to scrape the bottom of the barrel. oh and welcome to the club
  7. sky gives the option for series or single. i just press the buttons and hope for the best
  8. 395 is cheap your not having to buy an aftermarket ECU and then have it mapped form scratch which could easily cost you 1000 plus. i just spent 140 today having my alignment done. its a performance car; its all relative.
  9. wouldn't buy from japseye out of principal; after their poor fitting exhausts and the excuse of the bumper being wonky. i'd leave well alone.
  10. adam at Z1 auto doesn't rate them; never tried one, don't think you'll notice any difference but it will make the engine bay tidier and save you having to polish your old plenum. plus if you get them from kinetix they come with a gaurentee. so if it does crack you'll get a new one. check out their website.
  11. sounds good might be worth on the next car that gets fitted to do a comparison before and after/ should make it more noticable on the before and after. i did it with my HKS and it really highlights the difference in pitcha nd tone bass etc. especially as each camera is different.
  12. personally i'd go to your local DIY shop and buy 1
  13. cheers for the heads up, didn't know when it was on, have just set sky+ for the whole series love a bit of BTCC
  14. my money is on the ballast, which i just so happen to have a spare one of water can get in to them and then they die.
  15. just use the 1 gasket. if you have a new one don't put the old one back in.
  16. are you after a vice? i saw vise and then wise but the pictures say vice how much compression do you require to hold the item? if you have to use a lot of force to twist/turn parts etc then really you'll need a vice. tyres will possibly roll out form each other. hydralic jack might do it, just becareful not to push the bicks of the wall out
  17. the fact that the speedo already misreads by about 5mph already the speed will be even lower i believe indian ran his on those profile have a chat with him about TCS issues what Greekman said is right, not all cars suffer issues.
  18. my wife would love an applpe laptop, but they are rediculously expensive
  19. you can run it, but you'll have to turn TC off. why not just fit the reccommended tyre size?
