remember the zed used to be a 30k GT car. its cheap to run in comparison to similiar cars, but compared to a ford fiesta its expensive. proper tyres are expensive, decent parts are expensive, proper fuel is expensive. you could do it on the cheap but the likely hood of you turning your car into a dog is extremely likely if you do it on the cheap. just my 2p's worth. and welcome to the club

i'm pleased to see you put an honest review up on the car. the porker is a great car, i personally find that on the porshe i don't like the dash and centre console layout. but do love the car. as chris has said already though how much car you get for your money the zed is the overall winner. one of the biggest problems people have when moving on from the zed is what to get. there isn't alot in the market that comes close to the zed. not only that the zed is more exclusive there are alot less of them around. the community spirit is better on here than on any porker website. you can do more to a zed where on a porker most things tenfd to devalue it. enjoy your zed its a great car, and don't go around comparing it to other cars. it takes all the fun out of owning it. you'll learn quickly that no matter what you own, there is always something quicker out there.

tell him to take a running jump. honda did mine for free. paid 4.00 for a new battery and they did all the work. even went back 3 times and had my other remotes updated. he did the work, he wasn't quick enough, they pay the bill not you.

on long drives i was getting 30-32 round town and genral stuff about 27mpg. as soon as i modded it; this dropped to about 22mpg for round town and 29 -30 on long haul. best advice is to leave stock.
