Reckon HFCs would prove more freeing of HP when remap. . . well if were talking engine swapsies . . . . . this is a bit like Top Tumps . . . . only 110,000 BHP

Have a search for "velocity stack" Basically it will improve the airflow through the air box thus giving a few extra HP (according to the tests that have been done), and it works with witchcraft

My Mate has just got one of these . . . He's not far off 70yrs old . . . so your never to old. BTW . . he says this is the most epic bike he has ever had . . and he's had a few (R1's, GSX's etc)

A lot of car for the money, although I think they look and feel dated these days . . can be expensive to fix if anything goes wrong too.

Do some poking about first . . you might end up with two holes, one letting water in . . and your new one . . letting more water in

I would take it apart again, sounds like something is not correct. The Cassette mechanism should move freely with or without a cassette in.

You should be able to poke the cassette loader in place with a biro
