I don't think you will ever stop stone chips unless you give this a go . . . I am starting to see more vehicles with lips and bumpers sprayed with Line-x, they can match any colour apparently. I guess it depends how much you really hate stone chips. This stuff is tough as old boots . . check out this video . . . I will be spraying the Jeep grille and arches with it over the winter I think . . and then the rest. A nice candy apple red. No more polishing . . just jet wash and go

According to the weather its going to snow there at the weekend, so I would be taking chains and snow socks. the Socks won't last on Tarmac only to be used on snow. if you don't take them and get stuck you will be sorry. I would also pack a shovel and something to put under the wheels for traction . . . like these mats . . As for your ride height . . . get something on the bottom lip for protection as you will just have to pretend you are a snow plough

I am very tempted to get a Plus just for the camera . . I do like my photos . . but with tax and apple care it would be $1400 Think I will wait and see what deals my carrier will do when my contract is up next month.
