  1. ^ What Choptop says. I will do everything possible to avoid parking at the airport. Bus/train/taxi/friends you name it, anything beats having your wallet drained by the extortionate parking "fees" all the while you know the car is also being dented due to the crammed parking or ragged by the "valet" parking.
  2. wow that Targa style look really suits the Z!
  3. Standing starts are a pain, makes the car seem sluggish because you cant smoothly transition through the cars but its just a quirk of 350 ownership
  4. Depo rear lights from Murika, £130 inc postage + customs: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Depo-315-1953PXUS3-Nissan-350Z-Carbon-Fiber-Aftermarket-LED-Tail-Light-/371449424662
  5. That's my plan. About to shell out £500 for the same thing (new arms) in about 2 weeks time
  6. I cant stand (design wise) any of the current "new" crop of Mercs. They are supposed to be a premium brand but the amount of fake bumper vents and fake exhaust trims that their current range is sporting....
  7. At least replacing the whole arm gives you a spare set of arms that will come off your car, you can always try replacing the bushes in those for "next time" at a later date
  8. Bloody hell that's cheap http://www.ebay.co.u...sd=111746932540 Even cheaper Is it just me or do those pictures make it appear the slash-cut tips are upside down?
  9. Thing is though Steve, this isn't some Fiesta or Golf we are talking about it is a RWD ~300hp coupe at the end of the day so I agree with Ekona. If you are going to skimp on the only thing that makes contact with the terrible road surfaces in this country due to money/budget then Id recommend you are driving the wrong car. There really is no excuse to cut corners with tyres!
  10. Hmm you mean there's eBay bargains to be had on the other nationality sites too such as ebay.de!? This opens up my eBay trawling to all new levels! lol
  11. Now you need a steering wheel re trim to match that new gear surround
  12. Yeah but most "team games" dont require teams of 10. Dota and the other Mobas are only 5 people right? Thats a big increase! According to Steam ive been playing for 50mins so far, during that time ive only managed 3 games! (queue times + match length) and all 3 have been losses.
  13. Well I hate to **** on your chips so to speak but I tried it out, its terrible. The 10v10 format doesn't work, the teams are "too large" which gives 3 negatives: - Long queue times. - No strategy. - No teamwork. I've played 3, lost 3 so far and im done. You cant impact the outcome of the match because whichever team "groups up" wins via massing and out numbering the opponent, regardless of unit type/upgrades.
  14. I didn't know this was a thing! I love Total War games I'll definitely check this out.
  15. Yeah I remember that topic, think I posted too. However unless he was posting from Taiwan (which is where these are being listed from on eBay) I'm more inclined to believe these eBay listings are from the manufacturer/seller and the forum posted was merely going to group-buy and sell on for profit I assume?
  16. Yeah that's what I thought too, always good to see new products being introduced. Looks like they have a listing for a smoked version too: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Rear-bumper-LED-Back-Reverse-light-fog-lamps-Smoked-Lens-Fits-Nissan-350z-z33/331634352751
  17. Found these this morning and havent seen anything like them before: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Rear-bumper-LED-Back-Reverse-light-fog-lamps-Clear-Lens-Fits-Nissan-350z-z33/321839829538
  18. Plug in an ODB2 reader and find out then, they are cheap enough from eBay/Amazon etc and should give you something to start on if any codes have been logged.
  19. As Jetpilot said, any aftermarket true duals such as ARK, TDX etc are rare as hens teeth, you could be waiting all year before 1 pops up.
  20. A 4 wheel alignment certainly wouldnt hurt but they will just revert to factory settings that their system tells them to. I think what Tricky-Ricky was referring to was having a proper geometry setup that takes into account the changes you have made to the car, however finding someone that is knowledgeable enough to do this is another matter entirely
  21. I think everyone knows its a bodge which is why you dont hear complaints, they knew it would happen but as they've achieved what they set out to do (fix the recessed wheels) they are happy.
  22. Jetpilot nailed it. I too hate spacers, I had to fit them on a previous car that I fitted Brembo calipers too without realising the wheels wouldnt clear them (doh!) and disliked the way the car handled afterwards. Yet here I am about to do the same thing to my Nissan 350z, why? Because 98% of my driving is sedate where any negatives wouldn't impact and I don't have the ~£1600 lying around for a proper set of wheels and rubber to do it properly.
  23. There are holes in the spacers which the current bolts/studs from the hub go into, the spacers come with nuts that then fasten over these to make them secure. The spacers have their own bolts/studs attached which your wheel then goes and you tighten with your existing wheel nuts ... if that makes sense? Thats if you go 20m and bigger, any smaller and there is not enough material thickness so you have to get the type with holes and longer bolts to pass through. Mine arrived by the way, very well wrapped up!
