  3. Hello as title mentions, can you advise what 18" wheels are on my car are they oem ! I want to change them to 18" rays and need some advise will the rays fit straight on over the brembos and can I still put on my newly purchased Goodyear F1 tyres currently on these other wheels Tyres are 225 45 R18 front and 245 45 R18 on rear Another option can I put 19" wheels on this car without any mods apart from new tires 😀, any suggestions appreciated with brand and model that would keep in with the 350z
  4. 9 years ago or longer I was no doubt smoking a tulip over there 🚑
  5. A) Road trip Europe with few guests Meal at Shard C) Vegas D) Sky diving E) Supercars around Track F) Party at home or another venue G) Party Bus get hammered like an 18 year old It's hard but I would just go for something that me and the missus would have not done before and think hell with it let's do a break from the normal shite (so I divorced her) that was my best ever 40th nah kidding still with her 😜
  6. This car is truly stunning and shows just how much money, time, and love you have put into this build
  7. No they are a nightmare, mine same as you was held up with cable ties especially where they meet inner wheel linings Gave up and bought a new sheet metal undertray from Adrian @ Torqen best thing I ever done, perfect fit and come with all new fittings You will get hacked off with the old one lol it done my head in, all my bolts nearly sheared when I removed It totally to replace with the new one Good luck and try plenty of WD40 and wait a while
  8. Yeah with the XF-R be fine lol, my daughter only about 3ft so I got the choice still of the XK-R and XF-R but steering towards the more practical XF both beautiful beasts cannot go wrong with either.
  9. So jealous this car is on my next wish list along with the XK-R while daughter still has small legs 😀 Enjoy you have bought a cracking motor
  10. Yes sorry no shields on De-Cats should have read the post correctly , eye test due 😀 As mentioned get up on ramp and have a good whack around with rubber mallet
  11. XF-R beautiful machine and for £20-30k you get a 5 litre V8 beast of a family motor 😀
  12. Also on autotrader looks nice But price drops a bit worrying and not sold yet Was £10,995 now at £8k maybe just needs quick sale, but definitely like its style
  13. Shields on cats, mine rattled at above 2000rpm and when de-accelerating, I removed mine as they were not in a good shape when I replaced exhaust system and cured my noise But you know cars my issue might not be the same as yours but worth a check and you might be able to save yours and get them sorted
  14. Spot on from Ewen, I had same issue got the hose and Slave from Clark Motorsport and all is well now, made a massive difference and no more issues from pedal in the hot weather or sitting in traffic 😀 Plus such a cheap fix !
  15. Buddy club owner and love it, not everyone's cup of tea But each to their own, fits perfect and the sound is addictive. Motorbike owners often give me the thumbs so cannot be that bad of a sound
  16. As everyone said first port of call the dealer I live in Harlow if you wanna compare noises , like people mention these cars love a good old weird and wonderful noise, my clutch loves to chat with me it's worse than the ex missus 😜 Had mine 3 years now and regular oil changes using Fuchs Happy motoring all this time and mine makes a little noise so entirely up to you mate if you want a little piece of mind and listen to another
  17. As above mine were hanging off and certain rpm sounded bad, so removed and put extra foil faced heat insulation around both hoses mentioned by ZMANALEX Insulation I used is the same that come standard on the clutch slave hose, plus have braided hose fitted so that helped with clutch line temps
  18. Daily Driver for me also, but got to love the characteristic change to a rear wheel drive in winter, few years of ownership so used to it now, but like everyone mentions just need to change your driving habit during these winter months and you'll be fine
  19. I used Wanapart great customer service, they got me Sachs as just wanted oem replacements for time being Had front pair in stock and rears they shipped from Germany in 2-3 days at no extra cost , plus kept me informed via email at all times https://en-gb.facebook.com/wanapart/
  20. Goodyear F1 asymmetric 2 all round £500 approx for all 4 fitted with hunter 4 wheel laser
  21. I'm always in harlow too! me and the mrs always book the premier in with the nice old pub next to it! yeah it's nice in there, probably one of the best in this area
