This is spot on for me as an employer, I have a wage budget per overhead and we try to get new staff within these wage parameters, we could say for instance pay a little less for an unqualified first job applicant (obviously they would get pay reviews and gradually get to our max budget) but what we saved originally we would spend on an aggressive wage package to employ someone we knew that was already respected in our industry. No previous wage checks, as rabbitstew said they give us a figure and we negotiate from there and depends how much we want them and willing to pay 😀 Good luck I'm sure you will be fine, you have to play the game and employers know that, just don't ask for 1million a year lol

Mine is a daily driver, don't have HFC's fitted just the standard cats, like Jumzo mentioned you do get a drone at load but sitting on motorway with cruise on at 70 in 6th gear it suddenly drops in noise level. I had one on my EP3 so knew what to expect noise wise. Each to their own taste exhaust wise all I know is I love it at moment as new but who knows 6mths down the line 😛 Oh and my mum got a lift and she said wasn't as bad as she thought it would be, but then again she's going deaf in her old age 😀 Kept my original just in case !!!

I used this as a guide for my new DBA T2 and Hawk Ceramic all round and worked perfect, spent a lot of money so took on board the knowledge from other members, glad I did 500 miles later and sweet as a nut. It was hard but just needed to be done when out and quiet on the roads

No lol it was silver originally but blended in with rest of car and looked boring so now black gloss, same as wheels and wing mirrors

Did the fitter rest your exhaust on brace then tighten all up , or did he put a spacer in between then tighten to get a firm gap between brace and exhaust then remove the spacer ? I just fitted a buddy club exhaust with replacement oem secondhand rubber hangers from Clark motorsport and done the trick. My old system was doing exactly what yours is doing now , it could be the rubber after brace is not strong enough to cope with weight and stretching hence why tapping on brace Good luck getting sorted, easy fix no doubt but oh I don't miss that rattle lol
