Brilliant Flex, well done & really impressed with the black belt Would love to be a martial arts expert, it's on my to do list lol I keep pretty healthy, eat well and do lots of exercise but I do drink more than I should, and exactly as you said above, it is habit/way to unwind after bad day at work and far too easy to do. I've done 12 months booze free, twice now (basically because I had to). But the past year I have definitely drunk too much I did try to do a charity no drinking thing for a month earlier this year but picked a really bad month and failed miserably after about 9 days. Problem is I'm not sure I want to stop drinking completely, quite enjoy a nice glass of wine, good beer or a mojito I would like to cut down though.....but it's difficult when you're other half's a drinker as well. I know lame excuse. So, how did you manage it? And how are you going to cope with Christmas? Edit: the GTR would be a big incentive for me

On my service last year I got a lift to the garage to collect my car, only to be told the garage owner had taken it for a 'test drive' to make sure it was all ok. I turned round to see him parking my car up and get out.....holding a McD's takeaway in his hand!!!!! I was not impressed.

My husband thinks I'm crazy when I go running in the dark and cold Touch wood! I've been really lucky so far with no injuries yet! I did the Thames path challenge, just over 26 miles, and had some downtime for recovery but no injury as such. But I play netball, girls can be pretty rough and competitive lol, so I know it's only a matter of time. Sorry to hear you're still suffering though x

Went running this morning and as usual got my stats reading at the end plus an extra special message today.................I've clocked up 250 miles (251.4 to be precise) in the past 12 months! Feeling mighty chuffed with myself Also, tried those new compression running leggings today (got mine from Decathalon). They are pretty good as my legs were still burning from a major squat workout on Sunday, but the compression fabric which covers the knee area meant I was able to run with no problems. Definitely recommend them.

I've never seen any in Bracknell! Yeah, I've seen a few in Bracknell, but it is always at a roundabout when I'm stuck on a red and can't do anything and then by the time my lights gone green, they've long gone.....very frustrating Silver or Black ones, usually. Still not spotted you lol
