I warmed up with a 5k run then 15 X squats, 15 X squats with bicep curl, 15 X squats with bicep curl then arm extension, 15 X push up with alternate arm pull up, 2 reps of 15 kettle bell swing, 2 X 15 reps of overhead bicep curl....... All with Erm......cough, 6kg weight lol In my defence though I'm guessing I weigh considerably less than you guys Plus, I'm not aiming for The Rock!

Hey guys, I need to change the brake fluid. Reading through this thread it looks like it should be simple (follow the set bleeding order and apply constant pressure to the pedal throughout the bleed) although I can guarantee I'll run into some sort of unexpected problem. What is the current best brand of fluid? ATE TYP200 ok? How much should I buy? 1 Litre? My driveway slopes.....should I find somewhere flat to do this or does it not really matter? Do I need to get some tubing for bleeding, and if so....what size? Any other useful tips not already mentioned in this thread? Many thanks!

I have lots of these problems too, have only ever once been able to post a picture and the typing thing drives me insane, can type out a sentence and only like every third keystroke has worked. I assumed it was only me that suffered with this. Some days typing is fine, today for instance, other days I can sit pressing the same letter on the keyboard 4 or 5 times before it appears on the screen, can take literally 5 minutes or more just to get a couple of sentences typed. Crazy. Nice to see my car on the screen though, ain't she pretty. I don't really 'like' this but my 'dislike' button idea has been shot down in flames and if I sent you a sympathetic hug or kiss emoticon (which I can't do from my iPhone anyway) you'd think I was flirting lol Anyway, EXACTLY same problem I have! I sometimes speed type a whole paragraph and then ck what I've written just before I 'post' only to find out its missed out all the 'I's or every other letter....sooo frustrating grrrrr!

Even if it meant saving the life of children that were knocked up in the air today - they could have been killed. I for one value the future life of people over the independence of someone in their retirement. Seriously, I bet no-one would ever put it through the legal system even if the government could afford the cost! Also, imagine trying to take every potential child killer off the roads! Well, it would definitely improve congestion! I just treat every driver on the road, be it bike, car, lorry as dangerous!!!
