  1. Juicy suspension, I'd have to sleep with them before installation
  2. Previous sets of wheels I never felt did the car justice, especially being slammed - this hit the mark!!! Reminds me of a super sexy dishy ultraleggra
  3. Looks fab!! Must now be sounding the best its ever has
  4. Fingers crossed the ecu reset has sorted the matter as it does seem intermittent
  5. currently I still have a DMF as I don't like the chatter from a solid flywheel. On a previous car with an SR20DE it had full bolt on's with lightweight flywheel and crank pulley and the pulley gave no adverse effect. However at a guess on track it would reduce engine braking into bends.
  6. I can recommend a lightweight crank pulley also, made a marked difference to the engine response. Fitted in July and done a fair amount of mixed driving and wished I had fitted it sooner.
  7. Ello n welkom Wow!!!! Nutty power, amazing!!
  8. Definitely a petrolhead, ello n welkom I've found the 350z a great car on track, really well balanced nice and punchy out of corners. Performance pads and brake fluid, tyres to cope with the heat and you're good to go.
  9. Get worst in the winter as the oil in the gearbox takes longer to warm up, for the first 5 mins of the journey I often go 1st to 3rd
  10. If your car didn't pull with the 18's then alignment isn't your problem. Quick check that costs nothing, swap the fronts over left to right. If the car then drives different, the tyres are slightly out of shape and/or have worn unevenly.
  11. In all honestly I didn't know the GTR came with run flats. Balancing will have no effect on tramlining and you'd feel if the wheels/tyres where out of balance via motorway speed vibration. Tracking I wouldn't get checked unless the vehicle is pulling and or you've noticed uneven tyre wear. Ideally its best to wheel alignment carried out once you get the new tyres.
  12. I would say to have new tyres fitted and re sell those currently tyres with plenty of tread. Run flats on a vehicle not designed to have such tyres will cause concern.
  13. Haha it's my show plate, cheers fella thank you
  14. Thought I'd share these Been years since I took roof top pictures, don't hardly ever go into multistorey car parks. Use to know a good spot near the old Matthew Bolton college but that's been torn down. Think I may need to delay taking off my summer wheels, least until the council feels the need to salt the roads. My favourite angle at the moment
  15. Sorry to hear of this, just terrible service every which way. A car with full dealer service history is absolutely no guarantee its been serviced and maintained correctly. I work in the industry 'poacher turned gamekeeper' and know this first hand. If its not a job that's been dealt with poorly, its overcharging or charging for work not needed. They tend not value the individual customer as you are just one of many, whereas a smaller recommended independent word of mouth and good service is of greater importance as they aren't part of a large franchise.
  16. I have something similar for drying the barrels.
  17. I apologise as it seems I've misjudged you, the other thread you've state that you have used kitchen roll to apply tyre dressing. That's your choice and I can only leave it as that without wanting to be facetious.
  18. Kitchen roll - incredibly wasteful and you can't defend that particular position when you don't practice it yourself. Traditionally a brush isn't used for a gel type product, again not something I believe you have done or currently do. Brush application I do use for liquid base products. The time and effort to cut up a cheap sponge, store all those cut pieces. Also consider the user experience, we all know the characteristics of a cheap sponge that starts to loose it's integrity which I have having used both methods and the method I've suggested works best. It's costs more in the short term. So if you've used with the sponge I've suggested (or similar) and this particular product and found the suggested methods to be lacking from a user experience and cost perspective, I can begin to see your point. But you haven't, so you're trolling. I get your bored and stressed, so need to release negativity *troll traits. I'm here all day to help.
  19. I think that's the issue, I've mention the word durable and you've mentioned kitchen roll. I don't believe for a moment anyone more than once has ever used kitchen roll as a tyre dressing applicator, which means I see the troll.
  20. Not looking to spend more of your money but you need an extra durable applicator (if you don't have one), I've been using this and it show no signs of letting up https://www.amazon.co.uk/BMW-Genuine-Cleaning-Valeting-82140307730/dp/B002YXFM86 *Cut into 2 blocks
  21. It's great and so cheap, used meguiar's endurance, gtechniq tyre dressing, autobrite tyre gloss, autoglym instant and rubber plus, Amour All tire shine and autosmart high style previously too.
