Nice one Alex, looking for new if available

Seems it's still oil leak chasing season. My passenger side gasket DE has seen better days, although there's no leak on the driver's side it'll no doubt be in similar shape. Wondering if anyone has a pair for sale?

There's one sender and the other maintains the level across the tank I think.

I've found distance to empty is depending on driving still of the moment and the gauge does the same thing. I've pulled into the pits as the fuel light came on, then later from the paddock drove out off and the gauge went back up to almost 1/4 tank.

Moment it saves a battery, it's paid for itself 👍

Yeah I can imagine, very tight on space in there. 350z used one pcv valve and one breather port, one on each valve cover. For the 370z, Nissan felt the need to double their efforts so used x2 pcv valves and x2 breathers crankcase pressure focused. I remember clearly Andrea Preuninger head of the GT department in Porsche, saying for the 991.2 they were able to increase engine performance and one of the ways was to reduce the oil pressure. So made sense in my little mind that having a handle on crankcase pressure, would also have an effect on oil pressure - more pressure/heat, less performance. Looking forward to the build though fella ✅

I have no experience with boosted setups and if it's been running like that for this long it can't be bad. If it was plumbed into the intake pre charger via a catch can, you'd get both a bit of vac and wouldn't gum the charger up. Thinking out loud, the crankcase air system isn't closed loop. On idle the pcv valve is open (one per valve cover on Z34) which would create a vacuum in the engine, so there's another two ports on the valve covers with no one way valve allowing fresh air to be drawn into the engine. When the pcv valves are closed under throttle or boost, positive crankcase pressure can vent via the valve less ports. Under boost currently the crankcase pressures aren't escaping under the aid of vac.

Got the boys on the job!!! Subscribed ✅ Crankcase breather vent to atmosphere I always thought was a bad idea as you get no vac assist? plus a misty engine bay. Ideal set up would be to plumb to pre supercharger, bit of vac and fresh air.

This!! These are facelift lamps which where fitted to the RevUp DE onwards. Only visual exterior HR difference was the bulge bonnet and one interior change over the RevUp......
-
I doubt it's the exhaust at all if you barely hear a rattle when revving at stand still. I would say interior trim due to exhaust resonance.

On a serious note I do quite fancy a go of their blue stuff pads for my next brake change.

Merry Christmas @George1966 and club members. Fantastic seeing you at our club meets as always, here's to a lovely 2023 😁

Of course I'm bias however for the money, I don't think you can beat it. That feature car in the article amazingly, has just over 4000 miles on the clock 🤯

That is some luck, not only are they facelift lamps but we're fitted to a DE. Great upgrade for any 03-05 350z, what a price.
-
Fantastic wrap up and major congrats on the achievements. All the very best with the healing pal also and merry xmas

Awful but lucky to not of had piston to valve contact. Did well to diagnose the broken cam, doubt I would have found that. I wouldn't replace the gallery gaskets if already been done, as the part should have been the uprated items. Good condition used cam I would use.

He's had it a while, I mean 3 or 4 weeks since I noticed it. In front of the C Class is a e92 M3. Stock for stock I'd expect one of these to beat a 350z, as the old one was the same time round the Top Gear test track back in the days. Would I swap a 350z, yeah I would I reckon - meant to drive so nice. Would I swap my 350z, I wouldn't.

Dude up the road has a grey one, looks really nice. In my opinion much nicer than the old model.

oh no!! used a sub UK spec Jap import with tiny brakes, small 17' alloys/skinny tyres that came on the base spec imports 🤦🏾♂️

No way!!! This month marks 2yrs of the WIm Hof Method *science backed influence over immune response. Cold showers of late or brutal but won't overcome. Having young children I pick up all sorts from them, wife that's works in healthcare for several years also doesn't help. I've had one cold in the last 2yrs that was gone in a few days and considering the period in history we all find ourselves in, think that's very good. Above the WHM is the psychology behind not doing it, which intrigues me. I know so so many people who prior to recent times/synthetic intervention were fit and well, now have had a number of rough colds, aches pains prolonged coughing, shakes, feeling weak the list goes on. However after looking into natural benefits of the below, wouldn't want to help themselves. I find it amazing and also sad. However as I understand reality, we have something inside of us all that doesn't always want for our best interest. It's one thing to know it's there and why, it's another to not even be aware. Roll on Summer
