  1. What he said, if you get the car mapped with decats then just treat it gently if you fit the cats as it may be more susceptible to knock , think of it like if you had to fill with 95
  2. Sounds like someone at some point forgot to remove the r clips , one of mine was wrecked because of this We dont have any though , sorry

    K & N

They do , short rams draw hot air from around the engine and this will reduce power
  4. its easy to screw the order up on the right hand bank 2 and 4 i think , the cables arent routed logically
  5. Things to do on the Isle of Wight? Wait for the 21st century to arrive ? Ryde is ok , but there isnt a great deal to do and it takes ages to get anywhere on the island because the roads are awful
  6. I use 0w40 in mine but you will get many opinions as to what is the "best" weight
  7. Impressive you are averaging well over 26mpg without trying
  8. This 645? http://www.auto-data.net/en/?f=showCar&car_id=9842
  9. Did hear about these the other day might be worth a try http://www.bilthamber.com/air-con-bomb-citrus

  11. If you enjoy the mechanical theatre of driving you wouldnt buy a diesel or an automatic or a forced induction car for that matter
  12. Dont touch it , its rubbish , have seen it wreck engines It's effective, so effective in fact that it can also be dangerous, either avoid, or use it carefully. An alternative would be Terraclean. I'd be very wary of using Terraclean myself also
  13. Dont touch it , its rubbish , have seen it wreck engines
  14. I got pulled once in three years in my R33 , cop had never seen one on the road and wanted a closer look, I let him start and rev it up, he looked like a kid at Christmas
  15. I've been in the past and would be up for it again , good event
  16. Tardis will remove it http://www.polishedbliss.co.uk/blog/2013/08/autosmart-tardis-demo-video/
  17. My 370z is really good on fuel dunno what you people are doing wrong Firstly dont rely on the display, it lies and secondly , fuel consumption is extremely variably and fluctuates wildly , the only way to get an meaningful comparison is to measure mileage against fuel used ie Fill to Fill and over a considerable time, but who bought their zed to do that ?. I wouldn't expect a considerable difference between the DE and HR , much more between the Roadster and Coupe and auto and manual transmissions Dont leave filling up until the range goes blank and you have to slipstream an artic just to make it to the petrol station - it does do wonder for the economy though
  18. All purpose cleaner, I use a Tesco value one its cheap as chips
  19. The 350z isnt an ideal track car its a GT car and its too heavy for a start , thats not to say its not competent or bad handling
  20. I wanted to remove my 25mm spacers so thought as the wheels need some TLC along with the arches I'll do the lot. Its something I do each spring anyhow Popped the wheels off for a good clean Not forgetting the wheel nuts that can soak in some APC Give the arches a brush down as well Including the nooks and crannies Nuts look a bit better cleaned and waxed Wheels were washed with Espuma Revolution , then treated with Tardis , then washed with car shampoo before being polished with an all in one polish and the Bouncers wheel wax Arches got a bit of a clean as well polished and waxed the calipers at the same time , finally back on the car and tyres treated with Swisswax pneu And a finished pic of the front as well
  21. Its nice to know ive got a pretty healthy zed too!! Ha...Jellybaby??? Yep Its always good to know its good on the inside as well;)
  22. Yep you cant compare different dynos or different days but ultimately you cant drive a dyno, its all down to how the car drives on the road
  23. Nice to meet you guys , glad you are happy , very tidy zed you have as well
