Some people who do use winter tyres rave about them but I've never used them on any of my cars so can't really comment on there effectiveness although from what I understand the different rubber compound & tyre tread cut do make a significant difference over "summer tyres" when driving in cold/icy/snowy conditions. eg; stopping distances reduced/grip levels increased etc. Also I do hear good things about those "snow socks" as a last resort if you get stuck in snow or have trouble getting traction from your tyres on ice so for £30-£50 there probably a wise investment for us RWD owners just to keep in the car for winter. http://www.350z-uk.c..._ winter tires If I had more cash though I'd definitely have a spare set of alloys set up with winter tyres for the Zed in winter.

@DoogyRev ~ Haven't been on the forum long so is the first time discovering about these calendars but was just wondering will you be doing something for all the people that entered pictures. E.g. Like a big collage on the back page or something so that even if we didn't win the poll for the month we entered we still have a chance of the Zed being featured even if just grouped together on a back page?. Sorry to hear your daughter has lost her job especially at this time of year but tbh I doubt there's much she can do unfortunately. I'm not on Facebook and if I was I wouldn't be on it during working hours or slagging off my employers as it's obvious to me that this wouldn't bode well for my future employment. Wish her the best though in finding a new job.

From what I've read it is more advantageous to have a UK Zed over a JDM Zed. Especially the GT model. It's different though I know for the older Subaru Impreza's. eg 1996 UK Subaru Impreza WRX was around 220bhp I believe but a 1996 JDM Subaru Impreza WRX was around 276bhp so the better option as far as power is concerned.

Welcome aboard. Best bet for the clutch is to check out some of the traders on here as they usually have some good deals for members and know there stuff too. Mine's a UK Zed so not to up on the JDM versions but there is a JDM section on here that you may want to look at and I'm sure you can get a second hand Sat Nav to fit in the cubby hole but again a good search on here will probably turn up more answers.

Would love that Supercharger but not so sure about the turbo bolted under the rear like that. Britains too wet generally for that I'd imagine. So cool though.

Tbh can't see why people waste there money on private plates. Some are priced reasonably enough but others are just bonkers prices imo.
