I wouldn't have let my Mrs do that to my GTR (if I had one) as it's not really to my taste but I think she's done a really good job of it. Definitely different and much more unique than the usual cr*p a lot of people do to their cars ~ namely just plaster them with stickers like a giant rolling bill board.

Welcome aboard. Omex are a good brand and have been used in lot's of race prepared cars. I know they work on 6 cylinder cars revving up to silly RPM levels way above that of a Zed so can't see why it wouldn't work? Racelogic are another good option. A lot of owners replace the Bose ~ you could get another one but I believe they are coded to the individual car so that may cause you problems & the CD's may still skip etc. Best off replacing it with a new double din head unit imo.
