  1. That's cool. Hope she likes it. No doubt she will, also will give me something to kill a little time Yeah I like making these kits as it is a nice way to pass some time & you get the satisfaction afterwards of knowing you made that. One thing don't think you have to stick to the instructions, ...I'd maybe buy some extra paints to help add more detail & colours to the model like for underneath the car etc.
  2. Very nice, ...really like these Nismo 370's.
  3. +1 I find it bloody infuriating; surely this is a joke? Can anybody really be that dumb! +1 On what Ceejay said and definitely agree with you Hugh that she should have her licence withdrawn. Honestly should not be driving on the roads if that's her level of intelligence as imo she'll be putting others at risk being so stupid.
  4. Happy New Year and glad you're pleased with your choice of exhaust. Makes it so much more of a joy to drive a car that you love the sound of.
  5. Exciting. Can't wait to see this years Zeds.
  6. Welcome aboard. Nice front end on your RX8.
  7. Just in case any of you are interested in a metal model of the Fairlady Z I spotted this one for sale at a very reasonable £9.95 + P&P on a "Buy it now". Not for me as I already have a 1:24th scale version of my 350 but still a nice little model kit for someone. 8. Lovely garden/house you have too btw Del & that garage look's perfect for the Zed.
  9. ^^ Yep. My New Years Eve was very uneventful. Just me & the Mrs sat at home having a few drinks & watching a film: "Need For Speed" ~ my choice obviously.
  10. Looking very good still & some nice little extras, ...if you're under the bonnet as much as I tend to be then those bonnet struts are well worth the money.
  11. ^^ You can tell that's a good, high quality place just by looking at the quality of the cutlery BBK. Hope you had a great Birthday.
  12. What JP said Ricey. I started on 12mg mostly and a few bottles which where a little above at 16/18mg. Have slowly been lowering my intake so that now I'm only on 3mg Nicotine. Next step is no nicotine as I don't think I can get any lower than the 3mg content E-liquids.
  13. Sounds good. Who makes that one? ..and what strength can you get it in please? I'm currently on "Eshisha" E-liquids at 3mg of nicotine. A few of my favourites that they make are; Strawberry & white chocolate ~ very smooth vape & lot's of vapour Peach & passionfruit ~ strong flavour & again lot's of vapour Pomegranate & citrus Blackberry & apple Link: http://www.zappecigs.co.uk/#!eshish/crgc
  14. Not a cheap starter kit then at all. Oh well maybe it's just not for you but as long as you're happy going cold turkey & it's working for you that's the main thing. It's definitely going to be a healthier option for you than smoking rollies/cigs all the time. Let us know how you get on Ricey & if you want any E-liquid recommendations. Who know's you may ditch the rollies altogether.
  15. Welcome aboard Jim. The Zed has been my first RWD car too. Just drive within your own limits and the weather conditions & you'll be fine, ....as long as you can avoid the other fool's we share the road with that is.
  16. That's good though Ricey as it's a start. You should try getting the fruit flavoured E-liquids if you haven't already. Some of them are really tasty and it won't take long imo before you find tobacco flavours rank in comparison.
  17. That's pretty cool Will. Just been searching online about that car, ...there are a few videos but nothing that interesting. The real interesting stuff is how they did it. Link: http://www.woodsport.org/joomla/index.php/engine-conversions/51-v8/28-v8-conversions
  18. The E-cig you tried though was it a proper one or just one of those cheap rubbish ones available from petrol stations & supermarkets? A decent E-cig starter kit is around £20-£30 from a proper supplier and is miles ahead of the rubbish you see a lot of people trying from the latter above. Congrats on breaking the two week mark btw especially with just going cold turkey.
  19. Cute little bugger Humpy.
  20. Lovely colour Zed Jack.
  21. Yep I've used that type of stuff before & it works well, ....was on my first car in 1997.
  22. That was really good. Led me onto watch this guy though ~ some fantastic street drummer doing Techno. Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8ZC0WHcQFEg#t=70
  23. Happy Birthday BBK.
  24. Welcome aboard.
