    GT-Four

Like the picture of all the GT4's lined up. So you say yours was the least modified, ...had any of them extracted much extra horse power from them then? Just curious as to how tune-able the engines are on them.
  4. Try zmanalex or Emperor Tuning for good quality used parts. Alex: http://www.350z-uk.com/user/9648-zmanalex/ Emperor Tuning: http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/232-emperor-tuning/
  5. No idea myself but you could try asking Neilp as his Zed was running NOS I'm pretty certain. Link: http://www.350z-uk.c...er/11772-neilp/ As was Keyser I think too : http://www.350z-uk.com/user/14782-keyser/
  6. Tried to find you a guide or the original instructions in PDF form but just couldn't find anything useful sorry. I know a few members have fitted these so don't give up too easily gumpy. From what I've read a few people have mentioned having problems fitting a specific allen key head bolt as they didn't have the correct tool to get in the space they need but others have said it's a doddle to fit (from my350Z US forum). I'm pretty sure Ian had one of these, maybe Wasso too?? Might be worth a PM to see if they can shed any light on fitting. Link: http://www.350z-uk.com/user/8059-ian/ Link: http://www.350z-uk.com/user/6-wasso/ A Fitted picture below in case that helps. Probably not though. More pictures from different angles in this thread from another member: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/71406-fitted-ironhide-cooling-panel/ Good luck.
  7. Rays always look the part on the Zed. Very nice.
  8. Looks good Andy. Sits much better.
  9. Have a word with Hodaka as he seems pretty good at it. Link: http://www.350z-uk.c...oshop-requests/ Follow the link to his thread or PM him for a quicker response.
  10. Welcome aboard. Care to share what model Zed you bought; colour, year etc?
  11. Ughh Ughh no way houses to buy Plural?? How many houses do you need then? Bl**dy rich bugger, ...one's enough for me.
  12. He mentions it here (post number 31): http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/104706-gm-2004-build-thread/page__st__20 Seems he got them replaced though so received good service from Carlab by the sounds of it.
  13. ^^ Lol. Gonna have to be very expensive tickets then. Say you needed £6K to cover costs ~ then you'd need to sell 200 tickets @£30 ago to make the £6K. Now lets say you wanted to donate £2.50 from each ticket sold to charity (200 tickets would be £500 to charity) so the price of the ticket would then have to be £32.50 in order to reach you £6K goal in order not to be out of pocket which is only fair. Might be a tough sell at £32.50 per ticket and especially so if you needed to sell 200 of them. Any thoughts.
  14. I believe that this may be a front pump. Should be the rear pump Alex. I got the part number from Veeg33 from when he replaced his rear windscreen washer motor. Post n#125: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/91440-veeg33s-slow-dose-of-zeditus/page__st__120 BluePrint Nissan 350Z rear washer pump motor: Part n# ADN10316 BluePrint Nissan 350Z front washer pump motor: Part n# ADN10315 Yep that looks like the right part number gort. Fairly easy to replace just can get messy (see thread link above for Veeg33's brief description of fitting his or just ask).
  15. ^^ That's good news then, ...well sort of. Let us know when the sales all done & we can lock the thread for you. Good luck with the baby when it arrives btw.
  16. I believe it's a shared fuse for the front & rear washer jet motors so if the front one still works then the fuse is ok. Can you hear the motor going when you pull on the stalk for the rear wash? If you can't hear the motor then that'll be your problem. Replacement motor here: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Blue-Print-ADN10316-Washer-Pump/dp/B00B90LE00 If you can hear the motor going then you're going to have to investigate further... Is there washer fluid in the tank?, Are all the pipes connected? (check your headlining inside the car near the rear in case a pipes popped off) etc. Let us know how you get on.
  17. Sounds like a good plan. My reflectors were tinted on my old Zed and it did look much better for it.
  18. Welcome aboard Jamie. Now there's a good looking Zed.
  19. Not really, had someone tell me do like 30 miles, drain oil, do 250, drain again then 500 then swap out mineral to 10/40, but builder said just use 10/40 and run it for a while as in not under load just running, then swap it out, do 1000 mile under 3k, then swap it out again lol Well whatever your engine builder tells you to do Brad is what I'd do. Because that way if something goes wrong then you can at least say you did everything he said to and hopefully he'll stand by his build & fix it for you (foc). Changing the oil regularly at first though is important as no doubt they'll be a fair bit of rubbish in it after the first bit of wearing in.
