  1. Awesome stuff. It would be great to get some more details on places used, prices, time and of course the results.
  2. I've no idea on the history of your car but had it already been uprev'd ? I had h-dev decats, spacer and the remap done at the same time - definitely a noticeable difference in response and Jez definitely spent time on it.
  3. I have a for sale thread pending photo's but i've got a stillen for sale £200 BUT collection preferred in Stratford, London (postage extra but not really what i want to do) (if that post breaks any rules - apologies!)
  4. Friday is the best day really, less crowds and easier to get up close to the motors you want to see. I'd highly recommend walking or getting the tractor (if it's not bone dry - as it's sooooo dusty) up the hill to the forest rally stage. We usually get there for around 7am-ish, and worth taking your own supplies in - but as others have said, loads of wondering around. Be warned, phone signal is dire - so if you are going to meet anyone, set a time/place beforehand. Lastly, don't leave when everyone else does, take another hour or so to chill. ENJOY
  5. How old is the car ? As something like some bushings, as suggested earlier could be worth doing anyway - something I think I should do as well.
  6. Cheers to nbadenver, lots of patience from him whilst I was in a logistics pain in the bum. All sorted, and I went with www.yousendit.com, no problems with them - so a thumbs up from me. Ben - now you just need to get posting on the forum ! Come on
  7. Yeah I was getting a wee clunk and definitely notchy changes from 1-2, 6-5 (so I was going from 1-n-2, then 6-n-5 - not very slow but just enough to help). H-Dev put Nissan gearbox oil in, this help but just recently - new clutch fluid (RBF600) & hoseteknic (?) braided line has seemingly gotten rid of it now, as well as tightened up the shifting action in the gear stick.
  8. They seem like a good price, definitely let us know what you think as I'll get a set on payday.
  9. I have some cheap ebay ones, they are just as crap as the originals that were on the car - but less yellow. I also adjusted the throw of the beam which helped but like yourself, would rather get some bloody good ones now.
  10. on another car mate......I'm not claying the same car over and over. ahhhhh makes sense
  11. Fair enough but I don't think you need to use it each time you wash the car, I'd only bother when I'm reapplying wax or needing to polish again. I've only tried it on my windscreen, wowza - very good (but only used once so far).
  12. Cheers guys, I'd almost rather just pay for it now as at least I can complain properly if they have messed up (but in the mean time I'll check out the others you've mentioned).

    oem cats

I have a pair of them at home from my 2004, GT, UK car (which will fit). They can be collected from Surrey (near Farnham), or Stratford... Ideally I'd rather not post as it's always a faff.
  14. Hey guys, well after attempting to use Google Maps for our Le Mans trip, I think I'm truly done with it. They have royally f'd it up. Brand new HTC One M8, all updated and the frigging thing just kept crashing out with no warning (and yes, at the worst places), then when it didn't have GPS/Data in remote places it wouldn't do a single thing. Lastly, I spent a couple of hours looking at cool scenic routes to take (which in the end was AWESOME!), only to find you have to use this stupid pile of dung called Google Engine Maps, which then after adding everything into it, doesn't let you navigate your routes - WTF They have lost it im my opinion, so now I'd rather pay for something that works. http://copilotgps.com/uk/personal/android.asp Any good ? (I'd get the full UK\EU thingy £35) The only thing is that I'd rather pick some maps out on the computer first of all, then load it into the app but I don't think I can do it that way (although I can create custom maps and actually use them). Cheers for any advice !
  15. What's the name ?
  16. What crappy company have messed you around, I didn't spot - name and shame !
  17. Crazy = 947bhp Supra on standard brakes Best = F50
  18. No noise - No thanks.
  19. http://www.350z-uk.c...es/page__st__20 Same kind of problem I had, I didn't spot it initially.. kwikfit did (for free) Worth checking.
  20. Hey guys, it's provisionally sold to nbadenver, however if not wanted etc, J4YPS is next up.
  21. Hey guys, I may potentially use a courier now to post an exhaust. It has a long mid-pipe and the rear silencer, however I'd try and get it in one box. http://www.senditnow.com/ http://www.parcel2go.com/ http://www.payperparcel.co.uk/ http://www.paisleyfreight.com/ I prefer just having one set price like senditnow rather than work out the details for them (as it's miles from me at the moment), are these reliable\ok ?
  22. Once I get back in later I'll contact you guys but it does already sounds like someone serious got in touch first.
  23. It was worth more than £3mil imho. But they can be fully rebuilt at McLaren of course for a little sum
  24. SOLD TO nbadenver Quite a few guy's PM'd me regarding this a few weeks ago, however I'm not sure if they are still interested ? So in fairness, these guys PM'd first of all: torino - Sent 10 May 2014 - 12:24 toner - Sent 10 May 2014 - 19:48 J4YPS - Sent 12 May 2014 - 10:44 headrush - Sent 17 May 2014 - 16:41 nbadenver - Sent 24 May 2014 - 12:03 The exhaust is in good, fully working condition, there is a very minor impression on the right side tip though, I can leave it or tap it out with a rubber mallet. Collection from Stratford, London OR near Farnham, Surrey - which ever suits. If it's from Surrey, and on a weekend I'm happy to help fit the exhaust if needs be. £240 ono (bank transfer preferred or paypal) Right Tip: Left Tip: Mid pipe stamp: Silencer stamp: Apologies for the image sizes, heh - I thought they'd be a bit smaller. Postage isn't really ideal, and I'd prefer the buyer inspects and is happy with it first.
