No Adrian. Mine is the SSS 1600 Coupe and is in much better condition. I have a sales director based in South Africa who viewed the car for me and we did a WhatsApp video during viewing. I have also received over 100 photos and videos. Just a few photos to share at this point. YouTube clip below of a finished car in nice nick. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dIzgy6DLEIc
  3. The bottom line to all of this is the widespread experience on this and other forums says leave J17 alone. In my experience of being on this forum you listen to the knowledge around and act on it. If you play with fire you will get your fingers burnt. Don’t come back complaining with another thread if you purchase a car from them and have issues they will not resolve.

    Next Project

After three years of ownership that I totally enjoyed I parted with my Nismo 370z yesterday.Having owned a 350 and 370z Nismo I have to say what great fun to own and great cars they have both been. My next project keeps me in the fold. I have sourced a car which has been displayed in the Datsun heritage centre in South Africa ( Available on YouTube) for the last 8 years. It has been offered for sale from the collection to me which I am very excited about. The car is a 1971 Datsun 1600 SSS Coupe, right hand drive in very good condition. She is being prepped and shipped to me and should be in the UK in 8 weeks time. I plan to fully restore her to top show condition but keep her totally original. I will remain on the forum and act as a South East REO as long as my services are required. I am very excited. Martin

    [SOLD]Nismo

    SOLD. Mods please lock.
  7. I have a Nismo 370z and for me the Ark True Dual exhaust is the winner every time (budget permitting) for the 350z and 370z. Plenty will have their own recommendations and preferences of course. Plenty of options.
  8. Col, think it must have been horizontal rain.

    [SOLD]Nismo

Thanks mate. My next project is exciting but it is dependent on selling my pride and joy.
  10. My Nismo remains for sale but I have decided although I liked the wrap it may not be to everyones cup of tea. I have now removed the wrap so she looks more oem. 2016 Nismo 370z, 9,000 miles. I am second owner. FSH/MOT due next March. Lowered on Tein S Springs Ark Dual Grip exhaust Stillen Gen 3 Intakes Work Emotion Rims (new tyres 200 miles) I am using the sale to fund my next purchase and need to move the car fairly quickly. I am giving her away at £22.995. Martin
  11. Looks like she was a heavy bird with stilettos if it was.
  12. How on earth did it happen is the million dollar question we want an answer to.
  13. Me too, you aren't alone. Looks like a top project and craftsmanship to me even though I know zero about it's function.
  14. i would get on this quick if I was the OP as this will be a challenge to fix.
  15. Follow this advice, do some breathing mods and exhaust and get H Dev to remap it. Will be more than enough for you at this stage.
  16. My advice is be very very careful. Its not often something like this from such a company will just bolt on without any fabrication. Just factor this in as fitment can be a real issue. There are plenty of other tried and tested alternatives on here. Have a look on the Torqen and Tarmac trader sites. To my knowledge I haven't seen another 350z in the UK with this bumper which may tell a story. I am not saying don't go for it but go in with your eyes open on it.
  17. Enjoyed reading that Andy. Looks like you all had an amazing trip. Thanks for sharing.
  18. I would go APR racing wing, Would look stunning on your car. http://www.importparts.com/apr-performance-gtc-500-carbon-fiber-adjustable-wing-nissan-gt-r-r35/
  19. You are not wrong. Trying to sell my Nismo but no joy.
  20. Love it, watching with a big smile on my face.
  21. Understand and don't dispute what Matt has posted but we swapped them over and tried everything and believe me they didn't fit or align as the flanges butted up against the diff either way. The tips being sunk into the rear bumper was a massive issue for me so having to cut and weld extensions to get it past the rear diff solved the problem and allowed my tips to extend beyond the bumper and show off the burnt tips with the ARK logo. My OCD kicking in again.
  22. Worth getting and modding in my opinion regardless. Wasn't difficult to do. Happy to share what we did via a PM. What disappointed me was that I told Chris to reference this when selling future ARK systems for the Nismo but it fell on deaf ears and I footed the extra bill of £80 for the weld when I was told it would fit the Nismo no problem.
  23. Think you mean DRL not DLR
