    Stock intake pipe

A resonator in an intake pipe? Never heard of such a thing. Would you mind taking a few pictures for my curiosity?
  2. Not hard, it's a pig. All those wires and bolts needing undone and losing a bit of skin off the knuckles lol.
  3. Cheap looking compared to the Megan. The MD62 has very wide stanced legs and looks awesome
  4. I assume yours are corroding slightly and paint flaking? Sand them back and spray them with some matt black paint for about £8
  5. Are they LMGT4's? If not, then no.
  6. Your not wrong, lol, for a small amount though you can make the interior a nicer place to be. Certainly looks a lot better than the dimpled OEM surface. Did you sand it all back first, the prime and paint, or prime first then sand and paint?
  7. I have tinkered a bit with my interior and went for a gloss black (slight gold fleck) and think quite the opposite to the above, lots of cars come standard with gloss piano black, my mates Aston for example, its its good enough for them, its good enough for me. However, anything coloured, only in my opinion of course, does look very aftermarket and tacky. A black flock might look ok, but its a bit "rally car" for me Please don't misinterpret aftermarket as being tacky, the op mentioned about keeping it factory looking. Piano black is on many luxury cars like your mates Aston and my old M6, but luxury and 350Z don't usually belong in the same sentence lol Yours looks excellent by the way, the flocking goes well with the gloss black and steering wheel
  8. Definitely buy the Iridium or platinum because it's an absolute pig of a job to do!
  9. PS - there should be the wing, 2 end plates, 2 legs and 2 feet in the box. Wing and end plates are carbon.
  10. Never heard of them, but it's a universal spoiler, so if they have one, they have one. Bring the cash, inspect the spoiler, hand someone the money and drive home after loading said spoiler into your car/van, job jobbed
  11. 5W30 and whatever plugs Cougar Store, Clark Motorsport or Torqen sell you, they're the best lol
  12. Standard bumper with some stupid looking chrome strips that need ripped off ASAP.
  13. Done mine today. £6.99 for the flip key, £15 for the key to be cut, which I'm pretty sure is a rip off and £1.75 for the burger badge which is yet to arrive. The mod itself is pretty easy, however I had to use a dremel to grind off about 1.5mm from the cross where the battery seats as the key wouldn't fit together. The hardest part was probably figuring out how to reassemble it correctly and put the right tension on the spring in the correct direction. I also expected to have to recode the remote again as the key had been taken apart for about 12 hours before I got the dremel out and fixed it, but alas, it worked first time  One tip I would suggest is to use the correct sized screw driver. I used one a little too small (PH 000) and nearly destroyed the screw top, PH 0 is the perfect fit.
  14. Another remap will only be about £100 because you already have the licence. The Uprev licence fee is £100 you only need to pay that once I thought the licence is $300? I got quoted around £300-£400 again to get mine RE-mapped after my engine went in. Didn't bother in the end.Like you, thought it would of just been dyno time. Different ECU? Surely the licence is on the ECU so if you used your original, there shouldn't be another fee to pay?

  17. Flat it down and paint it with a matt black paint. Anything glossy or different (flocked or carbon) always looks aftermarket. But if you're not bothered about the factory look, flock on
  18. Holy crap, I never knew. I wonder if there is some law saying that found passports much be returned to the passport office or police station, so therefore doing the right thing, i.e. - trying to find the owner, is illegal.
  19. Probably fitted to the spare wheel well.
  20. I'd buy a pair if needs be. I am waiting on a quote for a repair weighing up both. I'm not sure which will work out cheaper or better. Why do you have a recommendation on a trimmer? Great got any pic's? and know what you'll be asking for it? If you look in the "Professional Traders" section, there are one or 2 leather retrimmers
  21. £40 would weld a sleeve over the flange to repair it and save you many moneys if you're happy with OEM noise.
  22. Thanks for that Wasso...I didn't realize this. Out of interest, do you (or anyone else) know roughly how expensive it might be to have the kit sprayed in my WV2 colour including fitment in the UK? It's ridiculously expensive to do that over here! Let's say price for a front bumper, side skirts, rear bumper and a wing? Budget a grand if its a good fitment, which CS usually is. Actually might be a couple of hundred more, I never added in the wing.

  24. Sounds good, at least you'll be able to pimp your ride That's just the problem though... I won't! From what I've heard, in Belgium they are even worse, in Germany they are exactly the same (seeing as the TUV testing originates from there), and I simply do not want to live in France... because French people! I'm fairly certain that I could even find French people who don't want to live in France due to the same reason. And oh yeah, these certifications are required per part and cost somewhere in the region of 100€ each on top of the initial cost of the parts! Well move here and stop hiding your billions of dollars in a tax haven
