The site looks great Chris. Just one suggestion I would get them to add a breadcrumb index so you can see what section you selected and go easily back to the category listing. Also your logo needs cleaning up a little as the background is slightly darker than the white background.

This would be a good idea, then as niki says the slower drivers wouldn't feel uncomfortable and the faster ones can also enjoy it more I got stuck behind Shire the whole way round, felt like i was in the slow group

As others have said Its up to who the seller wants to sell it to. I think the "Dibs" post is pretty stupid and is always gonna lead to petty squables. I say if you want a item pm the seller, you dont need to post in his thread unless you have questions about the item. If the seller gets several pm's, they can simply choose the person who pm'd him first and post in the thread that the item is sold. Why make it more complicated than this?
