I read that the font, size and spacing are a standard. The plate has to be reflective and needs suppliers post code on it. Also need some BS mark to make it MoT passable! One thing I'm not sure on is actual plate size. I'd quite like to reduce the length of mine, remove the EU flag from the left and the fresh air from the right. Is this allowed??

Sorry, I've kind of confused things. Slight tangent as braided hoses are on my list to do and HEL's were the ones I was looking at. Goodridge are very pricey indeed!! Just wanted to check if there was any difference in the 'kits' for STD calipers or Brembo calipers? Different lengths etc as it doesn't always state and wouldn't want to get the wrong ones! Yes. I'd buy a branded brake line purely because of reputation...HEL are good, and popular and work and only about £60-£70. Don't skimp on brakes, ever, it's your life, or someone else's at hand Nicely put. HEL's do seem to be pretty popular and well priced. So what is the difference in hoses between the two? Cheers

Morning Craig, I was one of the idiots flipping the large tyre in the carpark!! (The sun was shining and I didn't fancy cardio) Well, to confuse matters the missus uses it as well. I'm the guy who usually wears an Australia ALF jersy for the Geelong Cats! She is one of the few women who use the free weights! Not sure on our plans for this weekend, but keep me posted. I got 6 plugs for around £60, local Nissan quoted £30 each! They also quoted 2 hours labour, so i was looking at around £300 all in. Main staeler by name, mani stealer by nature!! Opted to do it myself, a little fiddly, but for my first attempt sucess in under 2 hours!
