  1. You could also opt for Teng Tools, these come with a life time guarentee. They are quite pricy, but have seen some on eBay for around £40, new. Also, the wrentchs work best in their mid range apparently, may be worth bearing in mind.
  2. Hi, I picked mine up about a month back now. £7.4K (After haggling for Tax & MoT) - 53K miles - UK GT Spec - Good Condition - Ray's. Only down side is the last service wasn't a Nissan one and there have been a number of owners. And there are a few cratches on the inside drivers door handle, but easily rectified. Still, very happy with it, especially having test drove two for around £9k in a worse condition, but with lower miles. I did speak to the servicing dept at a Nissan Stealership and he said he happily recomend a buying one up to 100k miles if it had a full Nissan Service History. Not sure I'd want one with quite that many miles on the clock! Being an 04 it has cheaper road tax too, £240 ish for the year I think. Good luck and have fun. Jacko
  3. Thanks for the help guys. I'm fairly certain I've tried all switch options with no joy. I must admit I'm really impressed with the designed circuit. Enyoy the weekend. Jacko
  4. Wow, that was quick!! Cheers
  5. Hi Folks, I don't want to sound lazy, but is there an easy remedy to make the mirrors fold in/out automatically?? I usually forget and then have to get back in the car, turn on the ignition etc.. All thoughts greatly accepted! Cheers Jacko
  6. Can I ask where you get bonnet gas struts for under £50? Cheers Jacko
  7. Guess a regular clean/empty is on the cards
  8. Yes, that makes sence. Did feel the plenum yesterday after a run and it does get pretty hot. A thermal Plenum spacer sounds like a good plan, thanks. Something like a 5/16" would give more flow too.
  9. Maybe work getting some sall holed mesh to put over teh intake hole prior to the filter! Nothing too small to restrict the flow, but enough to stop leaves etc from entering. But then again, the suction force may just pull them through anyway! Jacko
  10. I've opted for the standard box with a K&N performace filter. (When it arrives) Not sure if changing the intake pipe from the filter to the throtle body would help. The plastic stock one does get quite warm. Maybe a silicon one or Stainless one would stay cooler, keeping the air cooler. Jacko
  11. I can't comment on water ingress, but I was having a tinker last night and removed the air filter to give it a clean. The box infront of the filter that the existing vent leads too was full of leaves! Admitedly I've only had the car 2 weeks so don't know how long since it's been checked, but there were a good couple of handfulls! Maybe if the air was being drawn in through the bumper rather from inside it may suck up less debris as they are kick up off the road, hard to say really. Probably not the most amout of help, but something to consider. Jacko
  12. Hi Alex. Have PMed you, thanks. (Must admit I sent it twice, wasn't in sent box initially, so thought I hadn't sent it, sorry) Jacko

  20. Afternoon folks. Just wondering if anyone can shed some light on a problem I've got? When shifting up quicky through the gears and giving her some beans, I get a spot of griding going into 5th unless I shift slowly and ease it in! What could be the cause of this, other then bad gear changing?! I'm hoping it's nothing major. Cheers Jacko
