Everything on a Zed is hard to bleed for some reason
If you can pump the clutch a few times and it will change into all gears including 3rd without grinding you have air in it - if it's only third and it grinds after a few pumps it's probably the syncro - 5th usually goes first I've been told.
Took me 3 days to bleed mine
I'll guess (a pic would be good) wear sensor's - normally fitted to the inside of the caliper - if you have the warning sensor they should clip onto a wire.
But I don't have them - but I haven't seen clips on any 350 brake pads yet
Not even an offer to come and give me a rub down or walk on my back in your kitten heels?
That's a brave thing to say to SMD - the doorbell will be ringing soon
I prefer to knock on the back door...
O Dave please its only lunchtime!!!

Firstly proof that the Zed is still practical after you install a base box
Last job was to tidy the back
so routed the cables and made a cover
Just need to vacuum all the dust out and she is good to go
who's next?????
Autobots!! Let's roll.....................
Technically it's not wood, it's MDF or Medium Density Fiberboard, (just being a smart arse) it is what most are made out of the Acoustic Fabric and the lining also help
Not sure - is this an after market gauge or the OEM one?
What oil is it and was it hot?
Mine is over 100psi cold drops as she warms up.
I would plug a stand alone oil pressure gauge in to be sure.
How low is your Zed?
Buster's runs about 30mm lowerd and we have to put it on a 4" block to get the jack under the front
Use as much as you need to get the jack in - make sure the car is supported if your going underneath and try and keep it fairly level when you drain the oil
