  1. As above if anyone has a second hand one or one laying around they dont want
  2. yeah ive pmd alex already for that ...im slightly confused what antifreeze and coolant can i use??im assuming i cant get the standard ones from halfords???
  3. cool looks straight forward except emptying the overlow tank?? hows that done?? if i try the bleed valve method (removing the screw completely) first and add distilled water to it...does the car have to be running for me to do this or shut off??if that doesnt work then i will try the above method on driftworks link...
  4. hi and welcome mate!!post some pics up of your Zed if you can....yeah that was an interesting week i think maybe just a coincidence or an immense amount if ragging on the wrong fuel was a possibility!!but generally service it well have good oil in it all the time, run it on v power and i cant see why it would go bang without some serious abuse...hope your liking the forum
  5. happy birthday mate and thats one mean looking zed
  6. yeah wobble boards are the best once it doesnt hurt anymore!!!at least brusing has gone thats very good sign under private they will sort it out properly which is a positive but know what you mean about the excess takes the P*** but your really only paying that so they can look at you straight away At least its not your clutch leg!!try getting home on the Zeds heavy clutch with a busted ankle...not fun
  7. that bugger would be on my hit list, you always get some muppet that does that really annoys me no need for it. Prob some very severe impact on your cartilage and mini bones in there hence the deep bruising. Your a trooper going this long but go get it sorted if there is slight bone damage you want it in correct position before it heals and resets. Think the quicker its healed the quicker you can go snap back the guy who did it
  8. Bunny Hole? ........ sorry should not laugh looks painful looking at that i would say it needs to go in a cast not seen brusing that low down before and ive seen numerous ankle injuries, not much you can do really without always aggrevating it especially with injury in two different places
  9. pretty stupid suggestion to do that but in most cases they just do it for prevention, ive rolled and snapped many ligaments in my ankles as im a basketball player never had it in a cast at all, if they do put it in plaster will become quite weak while in there...from my point of view if its not actually broken it shouldnt go into plaster..you will be suprised how far R.I.C.E goes!!!if you do it properly.Your cartilage prob would have stretched then and because you keep walking on it is just continually reaggrevating it so thats prob why he wants you in plaster With the knee it does sound like cartilage problem and i would refrain for bending down at this point and like others say impact sports...likely hood with the amount you do you will need it shaving and possible microscopic tear of one of your ligaments so keeping it microscopic is key till you get it sorted...you both will be back to norm in few months dependant on your physio
  10. i can just cut my hands to pieces taking the bumper off again then
  11. most likely my hands mate had a thought when i changed my brakes could of been then when it happened. i think the top bits beyond repair now by the looks of it...more money on goodies
  12. wow lol have i got the right bulb??im taking its bad then to have sidelight xenon led with no resistor??i thought my main problem was there white and looked blue ive had mine in about a month and seem fine what would they do if there is no resistor in them then?? simples please
  13. i just get out walk away see its miles out then go readjust haha but that is very rare..in reality just another gadget to take your eyes off of what your meant to be doing IMO...still would get blindspots from the cameras, better to learn your angles and dimensions than rely on multiangled TV to do the job think would make you a lazier driver in the long run agree with others about prevention but those cars that need them really should have them standard, it shouldnt be an aftermarket thought and if its not a standard option for the car is it really needed?? Bunch of idiots in the video but cant see why you cant pull off in sainsburys car park ...and he was slightly out...fool
  14. right never got round to doing this before but am cold now very cold once located shall i just undo the bleed screw a little bit???then what??will i notice anything??
  15. very true i think im gonna give the goodyear ultragrips a go this winter on my jdm 17s see how i get on hopefully a lot better than the bridgestones last year!!!
  16. I always drive past not gone in before though looks epic
  17. Dear Santa could you bring me this please... http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Nissan-Skylin ... 2c5fe5645f you dont have to wrap it il take it as it is
  18. im not sure how comfy the dog would be in the boot...not great amounts of room...and welcome id go for manual all the way but thats just my opinion seems more fun to me....all cars registered before april 2006 will be in the £200 tax bracket
  19. Dogging is possible in a Zed There all coming out now!!!
  20. at least you got that as an option wish i had a second car 4wd to get around
  21. haha dogging gets mentioned a lot on here interesting ......... dont even thinks its possible in the zed anyway, looks like new steering wheel then and some wicker gloves hope its not a mission to change over i quite like the ones with the orange leather bit at bottom would match my seats
  22. i think the whole steering wheel would start to disintigrate ,can clean and wipe it fine normally but like i say when temp drops goes all sticky. Maybe your right chemical agent could be problem but its only on the top section of steering wheel sides bits are fine and that where i usually hold wheel.!! What have you been up to in your Zed................ Now that would be telling
