If all the negatives and it reduces power and only usefull in F.I then why so much fuss over people wanting to get them??i asked what mods were best on here and 90% of replies said get berks hi flow cats or decats lol same prob with pop chargers(which i optd against)

finding a used anything exhaust system is hard i searched high and low and all that came up was K1s i luckily managed to get a fujitsubo for nout go with tarmac its safer No prob Sheriff the A roads are always a tempt but its getting damper out there now

Great post from a trader and i was never imagining of decatting mine until this came along so cheap but everyone seems to do it on here from what ive read also, im well aware of the effects of it on my car had it done to my civic then threw away the cats after two years then the emission laws changed and i cant drive it now But i guess its one of those bang for buck mods which makes it more appealing...its one of those grey areas again i think and just if your unlucky enough to have a set of circumnstances that got the cats looked at then you prob would be screwed but same can go with my mates race can on his bike and thats in your face (and in your ear) he changes it over every m.o.t and no one has batted an eyelid at him for 6 years funningly on this topic my mates insurance refused to pay when his car was broken into and he failed to tell them he had an aftermarket stereo which got nicked Everyone who buys one should definately know what there risking

My decats just arrived they are APS ones?? not heard of them one end has no studs in it the other end has 2 out of the three studs and the same with the other pipe. Is there a bolt coming off the Y pipe or do i need another stud for each pipe??

Copper grease the daylights out of the back thats what i do looks like i got brembo coloured pads the amount i put on but never makes a sound 3rd procedure is best way and the way i did mine and they are spot on since, couldnt find a road to get to 60mph and slam my brakes on repeatedly so went to closed car park and done it from 30mph and just doubled the procedure (but watch your brake temps) dont let the car come to a stop so somewhere you can loop round is ideal. maybe try nissan for the shims? or yes finally got to use it
