this doesnt bold well reading this lol, i dented my passenger door took me a year to find replacement (and it ended up being wrong colour), doesnt seem to hard to me 4 big bolts and the chain thing thats attached to the car...guess depends were the dent is if its along any of the creases of the door then apparently its quite a big job to sort out..like mine.try find a door that has all internals as it would prob just be differing internal door cards if anything then.and if you can go get it even better delivering a door is ridiculous lol mines on my coffee table prepped and ready for spraying so let me know if you got any questions cos im doing my door as we speak Heres a start but be ready for shock of how rare and expensive doors are to come by http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/NISSAN-350Z-3 ... 415dc177bb

some sound advice there im definately going to have a water tight seal right upon removing my front bumper and ripping my hand to pieces (and found out that the imports appear to be attached more securely than the UK guide i used) ive decided that the zed might look like a christmas tree with all the lights although it tis nearly the season...i put white xenons in my side lights and they look blue!!is that right??would the rozzers have my butt?? anyway on the side reflectors i have removed all the blue leds and replaced with orange ones i would like to have them as indicators now....next question can i just wire them up to the indicator wire with out to much hassle to anything??

yeah thats kinda what i wanted as i got new side lights bulbs today to go in!is it better to get the cut near the plug or anywhere along the wire is fine?? i hate it i always go straight through wire when splicing

Hey i got some reflectors for the front bumper that have l.e.d s in them theres the usual black and red wire coming off them question is where do i wire them up?? and to what? the sidelights or something else?? and is it a splicing wire job?/ (i hate that lol) and where do i splice sorry not done much wiring on the zed so not sure what approach to take any help would be great cheers

it looks like the socket isnt there to me, i got a jdm and mine is were your hole is basically from what i can see, ive got a throttle controller and plugged mine in no problem its quite in your face when you know what your looking for should be there but isnt, was that hole there orginially when you got car??maybe it fell inside?

Personally i love my car do as much fixing modding i can do to it myself so feel its part of me..also only reason why i can go to work and it never faults me (touch wood) so helps me put food on my table!its my daily driver and know some people on here only drive it cpl times a month so mine gets a full abusing but anything that puts a smile on your face everyime you see it, you gotta love

I dont get any negative comments just about my dented door and scratched bonnet petrol stations are always fun get some funny looks from older people though..genuinely round my way its viewed as quite prestigious car i think theres a few about but not many my friends say when i pull up you expect someone in a suit to get out with dashing looks...then i fall out the drivers door in a pair of shorts and a monster t shirt they think its classic!!but geniunely if there is hate its only cos its jealousy or they feel inferior or wish they had one...i used to do it before i got my zed but like you say i think when you work hard for it you loose that side of you and appreciate what you got more thats why those of us on here are good guys

im sure they not NISMO either i bought them none the less just happy i finally got something that might actually fit my car surely nothing can go wrong with this mod!!!! Anyone know where i wire it up??? they should at least match my carbon lip and roof and b pillars Also got some side light leds to brighten up (white ones)

Mines a JDM so would be direct replacement however im unsure if all the wiring is the same, plugs etc do you know if it is??and are you open to cheeky offers

What if you havent had a coolant change and the ribbon is still in the back of controls?? it does heat up the faster you go but cruising at around 20 you will just get mildly warm/cold air and my temp needle stays at normal level

or euro car parts may come up a bit cheaper

I have the same problem my temperature gauge stays bang on in the middle though, apparantely from reading it could be air in the system??i was getting concerned with mine yesterday as it was freezing and spent a good 10 mins blowing cold air in my face.....my mrs doesnt take kindly to this and with winter round the corner need it sorted asap so any guides etc to help out would be great

sorry bad example then Yeah its tough times now but once youve got an engine secured things wont seem so gloomy, mine was the same no warning no lights just bang...big end in the road...above is a good shout too you never know someone may want to put something else in the zed somewhere and could be right up there street

That sucks man sorry to hear, same thing happened with my mr2 funningly emough on the m3 too!!! god im gonna go change my oil now!! if it is oil starvavtion what a bummer to go may have been an underlying problem somewhere else and was burning oil.
