how long ago did you last throw the code?maybe because the code came up once its stored in the ECU?? and will keep coming up and needs to be cleared?? may not be, just this happened on one of my other cars and i went through same worry

I agree if you dont know how to drive in it ,it is scary my friend never drives his M3 cant handle it in rain or snow..last year i went out regardless what condition got called all sorts for taking the zed out in peak snow times but i learnt a lot how the car reacts when it does go etc i even spent 4 hours edging it down a hill without losing it (well a little bit...very scary) which HA removed the road closed signs by accident!! Bring it back out! my TCS light hasnt even come up once yet in any of the conditions we have had...get a throttle controller and set it to eco 5 and away you go for another few months

i saw the exact thing this morning when i was looking apparently its a road safety ad and staged the one i saw was longer...either way shocking!!

i was in the garage with mine and they said the same thing and i also had some problem with reading stick..thankfully was doing oil change so didnt matter but one time was all over dip stick next time was spotted time after was bone dry, no oil on it???

Let me know how you get on i have a mate in reigate who can do it if need be,welders in S.E are hard to come by or charge you loads!Hopefully it will get welded today cant see it taking more than 10 mins to weld...or if you want it done asap ring RSR in croydon they will sort it

i meant both at the same time ive only seen it on one side or the other...as in Nissan asking to replace both the centre pipe and back box i might be wrong...i usually am

very hard to believe that the centre pipe section and rear box section have both rusted through but ive not seen it....see if you can get under and have a look ...like above states £50-60 quid welding job and im sure if replacement is the option only one section will need replacing. Tell Nissan you will think about it and never go back !!! Have a look what bit you need and PM me and il point you in the direction of some cheap OEM replacements on ebay if you get stuck but give tarmac a PM first If you tell your insurance company as most do on here they sometimes add £20 or so to your premiuim or say it doesnt matter Were in SE are you??

IMO useless im no formula 1 mechanic but when i go in there with a basic question as a Nissan owner 'Cant help you without your reg number and yours is an import and we cant look that up' The guy last time said i might aswell not bother ringing them up for stuff because they cant help!!!! Even though i could potential be spending hundreds there baed on the car i own Dealers are only good for bringing cars into the country il buy from somewhere else after that

i done mine last week everything in the above mentioned was done...and auxilary belts check to see how there looking Unless your dhalsim i dont see how you can get the filter off without taking the undertray off i will have to investigate how its done!!

i was always taught to nail the clutch control can get out of any problem then...empty car park and plenty of stop - starts before you hit the open road...sorry i meant... Stop..Handbrake...Mirrors..take off handbrake ...Start

Thanks for advice guys ...your exactly right thats why ive got a gunmetal door on my table that my gf isnt happy with not a silver one in sight... ive stripped that door anyway so if it had to get sprayed its prepped and ready anyway im gonna look into having the skin repaired then and see what the outcome will be i didnt realise you could unbolt the frame part of the door. Thats abummer about fitament issues as this is what i was thinking but would seem the easier option as i have the complete door motors everything so would be spray rebuild then straight swap. repair would mean car going in for a good while i think but if its best option it will have to be done

so you reckon better option is to repair?? if i was to put the other door on would that be ok to be blended in??or is the other door a whole side option?? Thanks for help il look into where i can get it done...any good reccomendations in the south anyone??

Well up to this point ive refrained from posting pics up of the damaged zed... its too painful Im in a prediciment now ive got another door (Gunmetal- thanks to it looking like blade silver in the pic!) Any way if im to put this on apparently im gonna have to spray the wing and rear to match! Someone i spoke to said my door is repairable im not to sure as its dented along the crease...anyone reckon i can fix it or will it be a full swap and side of car respray?? obviously i would want to do the cheaper of the two as im poor and would prefer to keep my original door to any comments greatly appreciated!! oh yeah i too am miffed how the side skirt came out pretty much spotless too :shrug:and yes i know i need spacers
